More units have just been declared into both AKV and SSR.

I thought someone had previously reported that all of Jambo House had been declared, but that must not have been correct, as they have just declared unit 64A, 64B, 64C, and 64D. (Documents dated March 11 and recorded March 20).

Also, the second floor, including both GV's, in building #18 at SSR has been declared. It appears that while SSR is nearing sell-out, sales have slowed considerably since AKV sales began. SSR was selling at the pace of about 1 building every 3 months or so. But just the 1st floor of the 18th building has now taken nearly 3 months. (Maybe now that the resort is a few years old, DVD resales of foreclosures and/or rofr's might also be affecting the sales). (Documents also dated March 11 and recorded March 20).

eta: The AKV units are Kidani, not Jambo House. I posted that in a lower reply, but thought I should correct here in my original post.

Does it say what UY's will be associated with those units?

Sorry, no.

The documents filed with Orange county don't indicate the UY.
But with 4 units declared at AKV, it's likely that'll be for 4 different UY's.

Same with SSR. Likely multiple UY's.

Hmmm, I just read a post from someone else who said those were Kidani units, but looks like they must be Jambo units instead.

On second look, these AKV units do appear to be Kidani units. They appear to be near the center of the Kidani building, not the part of the building that appears to be furthest along in construction near Jambo house.

In looking at the photos on the comptroller's website, it looks like Kidani Villas! How exciting!

Does it mean they are ready to stay in yet! Are they don inside?
THANKS

No!
It just means that they can start selling them now.
It's just like at Jambo House when they started selling before the units were ready for occupancy.

What I find odd is that the first Kidani Units to be declared are in a building segment that is still just a concrete shell. There are building segments that are much further along (the ones closest to Jambo House). Anyone care to speculate on why they didn't start with the buildings that appear to be nearer to completion?

They did something similar at Jambo House. The first Units sold had an occupancy date of Sep 1, 2007. A few months later they started selling Units with an occupancy date of July 1, 2007 so people who purchased later were actually able to use their AKV points earlier than those who jumped in first. That caused some confusion when MS first started to take reservations for Jambo House.

Be interesting to know the occupancy dates of the Kidani units that have just been declared.

Claire ;)

Could the units be tied to UYs? Maybe they are trying to fill the UY pot.

OK, just a guess here, but maybe it has something to do with their proximity to the lobby.

While other segments may be further along now, this one, and others close to, and including, the lobby may actually be ready for occupancy first. That would allow them to open Kidani with the first two or three segments north and south of the lobby having full service from the lobby to include the restaurant, etc. while other segments that lie further away are still under construction.

Just a guess.

Based on these actual numbers, what would be a reasonable estimate on when SSR would sell out?
