I do have 2, maybe 3 different personalities (I think they're just "moods" though: Happy 97% of the time then there's the rare PISSED, and then of course there's the oversensitive GIRL) and for the record, I don't have ANY use for poles of any kind but I do love pink feathers (only because they're pink) and you can hardly taste the pureed cauliflower in my baked macncheese (no, I dont) or any other hidden mystery veggies in any meal.

Peter Pan's Peanut Butter? Hmmmm...Nope, THAT would be a disaster. It would sully my pink feathers.

Peanut Butter or spray cheese is really good on celery (the vegetable, not the moop, not that I'd know). If your going to eat a healthy snack, like a vegetable, ya gotta ruin it with ranch dressing or some sort of dip, as a policy.

What a day I had. I did nothing but lay on the couch. Well, I did run the dishwasher and empty it and wash and dry a load of laundry. Which means there are 2 loads that need folding, plus more to wash tomorrow. The house is SUCH a mess. Which just just not like me. I am OCD about keeping my house picked up.

I actually slept on and off this morning on the couch.

Chad brought home a rotisserie chicken and french bread for dinner. I've been thinking about salads a lot lately. So I'm having a big one with my chicken. I've also been loving me some chocolate milk lately. I think(hope) that means the sickness is going to start passing.

Tuesday is my appointment! I can't wait. I'll only be 9 weeks, so there probably won't be any listening to the heartbeat and they only do ultrasounds at 18-20 weeks, so really it's just so they can tell me for sure I'm pregnant. LOL! I think I already know that! But I am anxious to talk to my midwife about my dizziness and brown outs lately.

I found out the birth center costs like $5000, and I don't think you can wait and make payments afterwards and we sure don't have(and can't get in 7months) that kind of money. So, I don't know. I just hope the insurance works out AND we can get medicaid on top to cover all the deductables. But I'll gladly take one or the other.

To everyone who chatted last night: When I said I was turning 25 tomorrow I was pulling a Twinkie. Only backwards. I'll be 26. LOL!

Twinkie - I forgot to tell you goog job on packing. Just take it a few boxes a day. That's what I did last year in all my packing and unpacking and repacking and unpacking and repacking and unpacking. I would just do like 5 boxes and stop. Packing can be so overwhelming! Also, remember if you haven't used it in 6 months, get rid of it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks! WOW does it feel great to have someone say goog job. That is what I find lacking in my current career as domestic goddess/wicked witch. No positive feedback. No one ever says- hey you scrubbed the mac-n-cheese pot YET AGAIN twinkie! way to go girl.

And thanks for the simplifying reminder- I was doing really good at that but now I am kind of just packing whatever I see. I did go through the coloring books and my school notes and today I threw away at least as much as I packed.


Today in twinkieland- DS13 has his two best friends over. They got here at noon. They are staying the night. Who knows when they will leave or how much food they will consume in the meantime.

And uhaul isn't answering the phone. What is up with that?

Twinkie - I often find myself(selfishly of course) wishing someone would tell me goog job. Often times no one notices the things we do. That is of course until you stop doing them(because you laid on the couch ALL day) funny how they notice when you DON'T do the things you normally do.

Actually, Chad is great usually at making me feel important in my duty as a makenomoneychangediapersandwipebuttsallday Mom. In fact, he is right now vacuuming the house for me so on my birthday tomorrow I only have to mop and clean the bathrooms.

I know this will sound odd too, but I don't need or want the praise about my mothering or homekeeping. I think I do a good job but seems like just yesterday I really needed and appreciated being told I was doing a goog job. Turning 40 this year makes me all grown up, doesn't it? (Hope Not!). Hmmm, that even sounded egotistical to me. In a good way, I think.

Dang, all the season finales are over and repeat season is probably starting. I'll have to read a good book. I just finished the BEST book called "The Starter Wife". It is very well done and VERY funny. Kay would like her sarcasm.

Mommy P --I had at ultra sound at 8 weeks. You can't make much out but you do see the heart beating even though it is a little black spot.

Hubby said that to me all the time to "bet you won't stay up and chat" but I do it over and over again.

Hannah is over at the neighbour's pool, I am a nerves wreck. I can here them at least with the back door open.

I think Hannah is the only one that notices that I have cleaned up. Hubby notices things like putting a pop in the fridge for him, then he says a fairy was here. That is our running joke now the fairy must have been here again when he notices anything.

Uma - I can't even drink a diet pepsi(or sams choice) anymore. Yuck! All I can drink is water, gatoraid and chocolate milk.

I mopped and wiped down the kitchen! yay, only laundry and bathrooms tomorrow!

I am much less stressed out now!

Nab - I had an ultrasound around 12 weeks before(couldn't get a heartbeat because of my tilted uterus and with one I had one around 9ish weeks, for the same reason. My midwife has always been good about taking me right into the ultrasound room to check if they couldn't get a heartbeat. But this time my appointment is at the other office without an ultrasound machine or tech. Oh well.

Last night I packed again. All the books are packed and I started on the dishes. I just need to stick with it slow and steady.

I did not buy the box labeled "Disney's Pirate Patties"... yes fellow moo-eeps, you can buy hamburger patties in the shape of a pirate flag. The serving suggestion was to serve it over a bed of lettuce (hmm... very low carb... maybe I, not my 5 yr old DD, am the target audience) with a ketchup and mustard sword. (How do I squirt the ketchup with such precision??????)

Hi Moo and Nab, I'm here. Didn;t fluff pillows, but got drinks and bags of crushed ice, and working, and doing dishes and helping DD rearrange her room yet again!

So I am bit tired tonight.

DH's boss insisted he has to go to Health Services at Disney tomorrow to establish his foot as a Worker's Comp Claim. So I have to drive him to the MK area tomorrow, and pick him up sometime later, I might need to make him wait, and he is supposed to keep his foot elevated! This is so stupid!
And I have so much work to do in the office that I can't do from home, plus Monday is a Holiday, and I need to want to get this done before forecast next week, which is the base for next year's budget. So I am a bit stressed. I might go in to work on Monday.
