I'm uploading pictures right now. I'll post some soonishly.

Oh, I just saw this quote on the Peeps board, its in AlDisneygir'ls siggie:

"In the words of Mumbling Jumba:"
"I do not intend to tiptoe through life only to arrive safely at death "

I need to take that to heart more, been doing way too much bum-laying and not getting out lately..........

WELCOME BACK BABY PJ!

Nab: To answer your question, you can win different things at different rodeos. It ranges from cash, to tropheys, to belt buckles, to trucks, and horse trailers.

:wave2: to the rest of y'all.

Welcome home P.J.

Lexi has been doing a good job in the morning she gave us quiche this morning.

Marita I would like to get out more to but have no where to go either.:lmao:

Thanks everyone for the anniversary wishes. Hubby gave me a dozen rose, chocolate and wine. The kids made me cards which are the best. I will save them. Hannah spelled anniversary-- anavrsure and made pumpkin hearts all over the card. ( Everything she draws right now is pumpkins) And she still calls us Mommy and Daddy. I know that wil soon change to mom and dad.

Horse trailers, bbn? Seriously?! More usefu than trophies . . .

Nab, I forgot to mention earlier how much I enjoyed seeing your photos today! Sounds like you got some really nice gifts :)

Great new trippie episodes, everyone! Wow, a threefer (had to check to see whether DTD posted - not yet).

Moo-- I checked out your pictures today on the photopass email Lexi sent. I love the one of you and Mr Moo at MGM and you are wearing red I think with the border added.

I was thinking the same thing. Rodeo is a big business if you can win a truck or trailer....cool.

Yeah, it's a curse! And when I do have somehwhere to go, it's usually at 5pm on a Friday, and I am soooo not hanging around at work till then...... Ok maybe I need an attitude adjustment?

That is so sweet, Nab. My daughter still calls hubby daddy, or a lot of times Poopy, LOL. Not because he poops a lot, LOL, her term or of endearment of merging Pappy and who knows what else :confused3
She is a total daddy's girl. She calls me mom, but I do get an occasional "I love you mommy still: :cloud9:

Well, for not having had many Photopass photos taken, I was fairly happy with how a few of them turned out! Especially once I cropped the extraneous people and the worst of the bulges out of them ;) We didn't have too many taken of us together other than those.

I'll have to post it once Melinda does whatever she needs to do to make them official.

When do we get to see your Photopass photos?

bbn, what kind of trucks can people win at the rodeo? I read right over that part!!! Mr. Moo is "Ram Tough" (that was one of the hats he took to WDW).

No clue, LOL!
:lmao: I think your plan needs a little fine tuning.

Yay, PJ's backkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cool1:
Goog to see ya!

I knew you'd be all over that one. How did I know that? Perception? I'm just super smart? Take your pick.
p.s. I thought you were in a Pollyanna mood. In fact, I thought you always were.

I don't think I've ever had quiche. But I'm glad Lexi stepped up. I just looked back for the pictures. Very nice....thanks for sharing. And, congratulations!!! :cheer2:

Check your local freezer aisle! By the breakfast foods.
I like it with some Texas toast on the side too. But I have it for dinner.

Sorry, no making quiche from scratch here.

GOOG MORNING, SUNSHINES! :sunny:

Yesterday we served lunch to 140 people at church. I made 30 quiches on Friday for the occasion. So guess what we're having this morning. That's right....leftover quiche....Enjoy!

quiche.jpg

Thanks for the quiche... I had it for dinner, Yummmmmmmm:goodvibes

Get up you sleepyheads!!!!!

Just kidding. Another early morning at the Twinkie household- one child wet the bed 4 am-ish. And when I returned to mine another *cough* GOLDENCHILD *cough* had settled in to my spot. No worries. I schooched him over and tried to go to sleep. He tossed. He turned. He chatted. He sent me down to get milk.

If a pregnant woman goes to the kitchen at 5 am and sees the Panera bagels that followed her DH home from work, she will be having breakfast by 5:10!

Today: dentist appointments for the three littlest twinkies.
So we have the 2 yr old who can't sit still and has never been to the dentist. The child with a gag reflex soooo strong that she has been rejected as a patient by certain dentists. AND the child who despite all odds and some surgery related oral defensiveness is the best patient..... but still needs to work up her courage for dental appointments.
Fun for all.

Poly- thanks for the news about my big TV appearance. ;) Very interesting.

And now I exit, stage left, to try to get another hour of sleep before the Morning of Doom.

Too bad I don't have any stay at home mom friends here... I am thinking a McDonalds lunch playdate is just what the doctor ordered.

GOOG MORNING, SUNSHINES!!!
HI, Twink-a-licious. Early morning for you. Yikes!

I made Mickey waffles! I doubt they're as goog as if you were eating them in Disney, but I think they'll do.

Have a great Tuesday.

GOOG MORNING! :sunny:

Welcome home PJ!!! Can't wait to hear about your trip!

((Does this mean PJ is gonna cook today?)) Because I did prepare something in case she's too tired...

parfait.jpg

HUSH! It's good for ya! Your lucky PJ's back because tomorrow it was just gonna be a bowl of Fiber One!

NAB....Happy Belated Anniversary! Sounds like it was great! Chocolate and homemade cards are my favorites!

Moo....Gotta get over and see your pix. If everybody's all done, I'll purchase! Don't order prints from photopass at $12.95 each. Honestly, you can order the same 5x7 from Walgreen's for something like $.39 each.

UD...Glad you like the quiche! Get some sleep!

Marita and Wendy
....I wear comfy clothes at home too...change the second I get home from work.

DTD....Gotta go read up! Always nice to get a little bump from the late comers!

POLY!! Just cuz.

TWINKS
....Sorry about the lil twinks dentist visits. Gotta hate that gag reflex! :scared: Hope it goes better than expected and you get lots of sleep tonight.

MOMMY P
.....Yay for more money and Boo for long drives. Hope you get a closing date soonish!

QUICHE RECIPE SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN...

One frozen regular pie shell (not deep dish)
1 cup of shredded cheddar
1/2 cup of Hormel real bacon bits
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs

Prick the pie shell with a fork and bake at 400 til golden...8-10 minutes. When cooled, fill pie shell with bacon and cheese. Mix cream and eggs. Pour over bacon/cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden and fully risen. EAT! Disclaimer: I really don't measure the stuff I put in the pie shell.

When I'm making 30 quiches, I just put on the rubber gloves and put a big handfull of cheese and bacon in each crust....in fact the crust is pretty much full and the custard just fills in the open spots. If you don't want bacon put spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, ham, turkey, and/or peppers in the quiche. Anything goes really! Just keep the basic quiche custard proportions the same. Throw some potatoes or fruit on the plate and yell......DINNNNNER!

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!
:wave2:

Morning All,

Posting before school this morning because I am heading to the mall after I drop the kids off.

Kids woke up early this morning so we are not rushing this morning.

Twinkie-- :woohoo: on leading the way. Not so much on the wet bed or the dentist. I have gag reflex too, it is awful. Especially when they have to take x-rays.

P.J. and Lexi-- thanks for the breakfast.

Moo -- I am not sure how to share my photopass photos since I already bought the cd. It doesn't work the same way to share them I don't think I will look again. Have to find the card first I guess.
