Not really, Paul's not talking about his troubles... (Heather, he loved her poor Paul). But I think it was great FUN to watch them interact. My sister taped it for me, so I'm watching again. I really LOVED it...

Back from Europe... Very cool:cool1:

I think the coolest of the cool is Ringo. Paul was trying very hard to be witty, but Ringo just is!
And the award for class goes to Olivia Harrison.

Nab- can I give you my grocery list? It is too dang hot to leave the house:)

Hi kids!!!!

I was goog at lunch. I had a roast beef sandwich with provolone and light mayo on rye bread with lettuce. And a dill pickle on the side. No chips. Yay!

The boys had popcorn. ;)

I am tired today.

Lil'g -- Love the new siggy even if you are rubbing it in....:lmao: Less walking on a cruise, we do our share of walking. Lots of stairs too.

Poly-- It get to go to the Poly before we get to go. Win the lottery so you can just stay there and wait for us.

Mommy P -- Popcorn is good for lunch. I had Captain Crunch....:rotfl:

It is too hot to eat. We are suppose to get a thunderstorm this afternoon. Hope it holds off until the bus comes this afternoon.

I only have to do that three more times... It was early again this morning and we had to run for it.

Nab, I was looking at the repo cruise! looks awesome. Can't find any details though.

WHEN I win the powerball tonight... I will definitely see you all in September !

Hello to the Mommies Twinkieand MommyP. Dont worry about a couple spare pounds. Eat healthy and stay fit.

Hello to everyone else. :wave2:

It's still very busy at work. I hit a lull this afternoon and seized a chance to check in on the pasture.

I went to the Dr. earlier today due to having one sore breast for no identifiable reason. The doctor couldn't feel anything amiss, but it hurt when he pressed in one particular spot. I have an apt. for a mamogram tomorrow. I bet that's going to feel great when I'm sore to start with. :scared1: This whole thing has me nervous and on edge. I have been very lax about my annual exams, much less about getting mamograms.

Other than that, my addtional whining is that Lowell's son didn't graduate. And daughter # 2 failed ninth grade. Again. Unbelieveable. Her mom caught her smoking, and she has been hanging with a bad crowd. They may send her to a different school, but if she seeks out the bad crowd wherever she goes, I don't know if it will help any. I have decided that I am glad I never had kids. It's bad enough dealing with this. I hope none of you ever have to deal with these sorts of problems, but kids certainly face a lot of carp these days, and a lot of adverse peer pressure.

Before I put everyone on a complete downer, I'll try to think of something more cheerful to talk about. Hmmmm. Errrr. Nothing comes to mind. :confused3 Sorry to be so gloomy.

Kay -- that is scary. I am not good at getting them either and I know I should. Hope it isn't anything serious.

You can still hang. We can be your support group. :grouphug:

How is Lowell doing with all the drama? You are right about kids these days. I sound like my parents I must be getting old.

Lowell is in "tough love mode" right now, and so is his Ex. Finally. She has been pretty lax with the kids. Daughter # 2 gets panic attacks and so has been playing Mom's sympathies. Now mom is getting to the point where she's not going to let the fear of bringing on an attack stop her from disciplining the girl. "The boy" is nearly 21, and still doesn't have his license, so both kids are taking driver's ed in a few weeks. We're paying for half and the kids are paying half out of their own savings. Then it's time for "the boy" to get a job. And a G.E.D. Not necessarily in that order. We're trying to keep a sense of humor through all this and now and then I catch Lowell's eye and say, "Our kids are morons!" They really aren't stupid, but daughter # 2 isn't applying herself, and the boy apparently doesn't excel at classroom studies. He wanted to take courses to "challenge himself" and it was Physics that did him in this year. He challenged himself right out of a diploma. :sad2:

Kay - Sorry to hear about your problems! Please let us know about your results!! I hope everything is okay. It's always okay to come here and post downer things. Everyone has bad things happen in their lives and we are here to listen and encourage one another.

Last edited by Kay7979 : Today at 01:57 PM. Reason: They're just so immature. I was always so OLD for my age.

That was me too. Which I guess is why it wasn't so odd that I wanted to get married at 18.

Gotta go now before Chad catches me. ;)

Everywhere I go is dead. Where is everyone?

We just finished dinner. Chad was hungry and I was, of course, hungry. So we ate at 4. Tacos. They were goog. But, gee wiz those tortillias have more calories in 1 than 2 pieces of bread.

Now I am ready for bed.

We had tacos last night, tonight is home made hamburger helper with the leftover taco meat.

Mommy P -- I always think of you as older. But you are so young. Very mature indeed.

Nicholas bring home all the stuff in his desk today. What a mess of papers that were suppose to be in duo tangs. He is a terrible organizer that is for sure. It was pretty funny going though the stuff though. I found a paper that had written 25 times.."I will behave at Mass." And he doodles over everything. So I'm guessing he isn't listening at the time. :sad2:

I am going to read his journals later. I read a few of his stories. Pretty funny.

Hannah had been bringing her stuff home slowly so she didn't have much but art.

One more day !!!! Then I can sleep in , no more school buses, no more lunches to make...:yay:

Wow Nab your summer starts LATE! When do they go back?

They go back the day after Labour day. Sept. 4th I think it is.

I know, some of you people have been out since May.

we have had the ac going off and on for the last couple of weeks......but last night we were comfortable and put it on to drown out the noise......from the firecrackers.......oh well........we had leftovers and I was invited to go to a dirty party tonight......but .....I would blush and then everyone would know I was to darn sweet to go ....can you spell embarassment.......YUP that is me

Pumba-- do you mean a lingerie party or one that has lotions and ....you know.

I went once thinking it was only lingerie, I was surprised to say the leased. :s This was at a neighbours house.:scared1: Let's say I blushed and drank a lot of wine that night. Funny part is I don't drink.

I am pretty sure Mommy P !!!! :rotfl:

I hear sometimes husband and wifes go....I can't even imagine. '

Do they have parties like that in your neighbourhood Mommy P.

With four boys and a baby on the way guess you don't need no party.:lmao:
