Hey Peeps, I got sidelined by a washing machine walking out of the laundry room and trying to sit in my diningroom.

We have new babies, new houses, new lime green bags, and lots of pictures of cows

OMG - yes I got a job working in a Dr's office. 4 days a week - and then I head to the estate Grampy is doing fine and spending lots of time soaking in the sun without me but a little break away from each other might be a good thing

ok, I have to post this link to a totally amazing, different trip report

2 young ladies, sevearly disabled, and a disabled mother and their dad and Grandma driving 6000 miles to Disney in an RV with tons of needed medical equipment. Now this might sound very depressing, but the spirit of the writer and her sister is so great and positive, the writing is great, and all sorts of new things you never thought about will be learned. I am exhuasted......last night between midnight and two thirty am some nimrod or other words that I would get a demerit for kept on throwing up firecrackers......the cops were to darn slow to catch them.......cause when the cops would come the fireworks would stop.....then they did it in fifteen minute breaks......just thought we were goog for sleep and whammo......so you know my eye lids are drooping......hope they dont do it to much....we finally turned on the ac and the fans to drown out the noise.......Poor Megara was on doggie alert all night barking her head off.......poor baby...

You too, huh? I had 2 eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast for breakfast with smart balance butter. That's healthy, right? If I had one of each I'd be starving in 3 hours. I am swearing off ice cream, cookies, brownies and chips of any kind.

I have to get back into school today. Yuck. I'll just take it slow though and start with just math today, add something else tomorrow.

I'm trying to drink some stress relief tea. But it's not all that goog. I want to be a tea drinker. They seem very sophisticated. I might have made it with too much water, so it's a little weak. I hope it relieves my stress.

I had a big long multi-quote post all ready and my server doinked out on me and I lost it all.

DD17 just got back from Europe and as we were going through her pictures, we saw the glass pyramid at the Louvre and I made some reference to the bones being buried there. I didn't realize she had never seen The Davinci Code so we rented it and watched it last night.

But...

I missed the Beatles. Anything earth-shattering there? UD...anyone?

Mommy P....So great to hear the heartbeat! I so loved that at my Dr.'s visits.

Twinkie....What wonderful parents you have! I keep reminding myself that I am going to be the kind of grandmother who requests that the grandkids come to my house for the week/weekend/overnight as to lighten the load for the parents a bit. None of that for me unfortunately.

It is going to be another hot one!!

Grammy-- Nice to see you again. Do you like being back to work? At least you have long weekends to spend at your estate.

Pumba - you just turned on your air...We will be hearing firecrackers too next week after the long weekend. Legally you can set them off just on the July 1st but people will set them off all weekend. And kids all the following week. Hope you get a nap in today.

Melinda-- how cool your DD say the Louve. I read the book and saw the movie.

Mommy P--That's sounds pretty healthy to me. Throw in a fruit and you all set....I shouldn't talk.. I haven't had breakfast yet.

DD took Art History last semester so she was fascinated by SEEING the paintings/sculptures she had studied. She was upset that the other teens on the tour only wanted to see the Mona Lisa and then go to the shops/cafes so she went off on her own inside the museum. She also got to go to the Prado when she was in Spain.

Not really, Paul's not talking about his troubles... (Heather, he loved her poor Paul). But I think it was great FUN to watch them interact. My sister taped it for me, so I'm watching again. I really LOVED it...
