Twinkie-- I didn't want to quote your picture but Disney bring out the worse in you ..... Your hair turned grey too. The princess are adorable and the little prince too. Cinderella is might short or your oldest is pretty tall.

Marita-- how is the tree coming along...

I spent the day cleaning. We will be leaving tomorrow night if the snow holds off so I want to come home to a clean house.

If I have the energy I will make shortbread cookies tonight and an apple pie for hubby for Christmas day.

My wrapping is and shopping is done. Well tomorrow I might run out and get hubby some new gloves for Christmas just looked at his and they are in bad shape.

Lynette -- we have the same amount of snow isn't it lovely....NOT.

Baby, it's cold outside............. For me, anyway

Just got back from the walmarts. Wasnt bad at all, except a bit of a wait at check-out. We have a new one near me that just opened this year. It's off the beaten treck, so I think I lucked out. The other one near me is always crazy (and not even SUPER)

I picked up a new bigger toaster oven to bake whatever in that needs baking for dinner while turkey is in the oven.
Got some hand towels, paper plates, and other oddds and ends. No presents.
Oh, and I got Windex. W00t! So I see window and mirror cleaning in my future tonight.

Nab, you are a baking miracle machine, LOL! Hope the weather holds up for you.

Oh, and the tree is up, but not decorated, nor plugged in. It's pre-lit, so I hope it works... Hey, we never put up the tree till Christmas Eve in Germany when I was growing up.... but we have NEVER been this late here.
Chris will be home tomorrow nightyay: ) , so if need be, I am sure he and DD will do it.

I think I will unwrap my new toaster oven and then christen it by heating up a chicago roll..... with prosciutto and Muenster cheese. YUM!

ETA again: I just figured out why I am not making millions of $$ a year. Who knew you have to actually plug in a toaster oven for it to work???

Facebook: YAY. You can chat. Give gifts. Post pics. Post status updates. It can suck time. Or not. Plus they have games. I am not there much but I do enjoy catching up with my friends. The nice thing is you can set it so only your "Friends" can see your profile/posts/picture. I don't play much there (sorry Monica for not joining the mob wars and thank you everybodee for all the gifts and quizzes and disney gifts).


However if you are going to let Rodeo Princess and Freakin Survivor Boy have facebook (and here all the kids are doing it) then you need to too to supervise. Cause you know the DH ain't going to.

Family is coming in to town. For those that remember my oooold pre-trippy the Seven Stitches of Christmas, this means ITOS and HMOS again. There will be NO rushing around and no stitches this year. I just tried facebook again. I feel like I am out of touch! Then up popped this IQ quiz, which I thought was fairly amusing, but then it asked my Cell# to see results. So I killed it. I think I need a tour guide! That place just confuses me. Or not even confuse, I dont know what the heck I am doing or where to go???? Ok, I guess that means Im confused, duh!

It depends on what you want to get out of the deal. You could be friends with the a cool sports chick like myself. or not. I have had fun reconnecting with my high school friends. It is a great place to keep up with my coworkers too. Actually, I fell to their peer pressure. It is addicting though. If you like folks to have a glimpse into what is going on in your life, it's for you. If not, you might want to pass. Although, I have my security level up pretty high that most folks can't find me. I also had one rule, my 15 yo, had to be my first friend. He also showed me how to maneuver around.

I am addicted to it just like I am to the DIS. Maybe I need therapy?
