Morning all! I read back last night, but by the time I got done, I was too tired to respond.
We're in Memphis at Breadman's mom's house.
Last night, Hayden, who NEVER wants to sleep with us, decided she wanted to.
Only we were sleeping in a full size bed.

I can't wait to get to the king bed at Embassy suites tonight.
I think I'm going to wait until we get back to Nashville to take a shower.

I'm here. Well, I'm not here, but I'm HERE. If you know what I mean. Which is probably unlikely.

We made it here no problem. Well, is is a problem if your suitcase is 9 pounds too heavy? ANYWAY, when I went to check us in I was chatting up the hotT cast member. He was fiiiiine. He saw that we had a standard view room and then he said "wait one second, I'm going to go check something." So, Hollywood and I waited. When he came back he said "how would you like to stay in a savanna view bunk bed room?" I said OKAY!!!!! So, now I am sitting on my balcony looking at giraffes. They're right there. Seriously. There are 2 pregnant giraffes apparently (how does one tell the difference?) and one baby zebra at the moment.

Yesterday we went to the pool, then Boma, then lil sis and I sat in the hot tub for waaaay too long reading Twilight books. Don't worry, bbn, we didn't get them wet. Lil sis and I are headed to Epcot in a few for the whole Le Cellier experience tonight. The rest of the fam might join later. Or not. Who knows.

Bbn...I would just like to point out that not a single person on this thread knew that was a gnu. So you're the wIerd one. Again. What else is gnu? Also, as I peruse my Wildlife Field Guide, I would like to say that gnus closely resemble white-bearded wildebeests. You're welcome.

The sum total of snow here in my neck of the woods was 20 inches!!! Can I get an ACK, please? White Christmas, indeed! It could've been just as white with 19 less inches of snow. Just saying.

Our office's nondenominational winter celebration dinner , which was scheduled for tonight, was postponed by the weather. Which leaves me several more hours to run around and do my MOM's Christmas shopping (darling brother STILL has Mom's car). So despite my own readiness for the holiday, I still have to brave the malls to get HER shopping done. GRRRRR!!!!!!

speaking of tommy, i told the law director...reagrding our lil'misguided
misfitter.....he h've changed our behaviors...not for the good, for the
first time, we have purchased..."home defense" weapons..rat..ta.tat,
like a tommy gun.

now?..the drive..to our recreational land..is jus beaautit-full! [ he's not
looking so tuff..in the court room....* note, we are paying attention-
to the "attention seeking"....esp., the disruptive/threatening behaviors.

wow~isn't it funny? how a problem..can pop up utta no~where? obviously,
this pissson..has been a bully all his life. * the protection agency..informed
me..his last neighbor..attempted to get a 5 years' protection order.
[ i think..our sucess...in addressing this bandit, is becuase of my work,
and the documentation...we done. ( being able to coneect the "dots"
...has him...very, very confuse...& begining to "improved'..his lack
of.....self control..& respect to others. )

but why ?...invest in "home protection"?...it jus like my buddy said..he's
the type ..to hire...some of his drug friends.."to hit"..us. [ watching
& putting together...all those "jumping in".....] sooooo common
sense....don't be caught unprepared...esp. in a gun fight. * note
we have been the victim....of 3 shooting"..incidents. and both of
us..have observed...different vehicles.."waiting"..in different
areas. [ as stalking].

well, this is life......these bullys...have no clues..of being intrusive.
& this is where...growing up....in an area....of "gangs" & bullying....
..have a benefit. [ remember?..i was in my first fight..on the first
day..of first grade, ]. these types of people...are in
every comunity, & unfortunate..the laws..do not get involve until
you are a victim. i don't think..he has met..many who will set limits
& hold him accountable...{thru legal means} ...of his behaviors.
..[ when you want..to defend"...nothing, like hitting the old pocket
book, ..

ha!..when he first acted ..out....he had to tell me.."you don't
kno..who're dealing with"! ha!...what he didn't realized,..i surely
do [ daily @ work ]......& uses "corrective measures + interventions,
....with the desired effect. oy!. it feels good....to not jus take
being a victim.

* inteteresting....when we first met the game warden & the investigator,
i told..them...exactly..what.....inapproriate behaviors...they could
expect..sure enough.."right to the letter"!..ha, maybe, him not
recognizing ....i did kno....who i was dealing with? now he got alot
legal charges....& we're see him....in court,

however, this land..is beautiful! it's so "teaming"..with wild~life.
ha!..its..the squirrels..mating season...needless, to say....there's
all kinds..of hoot & holering going on,

will do.... That was our favorite character meal. The food was great and the characters were EXCELLENT. Tell her! We met different stepsisters in the park one day and they were also a hoot. We were there the night the monorail went down causing the Park Fare peeps to be an HOUR late on all their ADRs. Which meant we were dining very very late. So we were the family with the 3 yr old who slept on the floor during the entire shindig.

Ok, I am sooooo behind. (here and at home) I just got my Christmas cards in the mail today. Hope they make it to their recipients before Christmas. I still have shopping to do. Taking DD out to buy something for her brother, and have to do the same with him tonight after he gets off work. We are going to see the Christmas light display tonight as well. Then DD has Grandma money burning a hole in her pocket so we will take her shopping after the lights.

I am having an extremely successful day performing my profession as Queen of Procrastinators. I am exceeding all expectations, if I do say so myself! I did, however, dust at 2AM last night...

I have a list of miscellaneous stuff to get a the walmart. EEK!!! I dont want to go!!!!!!!!! Would you believe there is NO Windex in the house?? WTH??

DH on the other hand just spent over 3 hours in installing the new sink in the guest bathroom. And to my pleasant surprise, it is almost Almond, so pretty much matches. It looked much browner looking at the bottom, which is all I saw in the box before. So I have my own Joe the Plumber in the house!
