try this...eat a small snack about 9 pm...like a half of a banana...or 17 grapes..this equals 15 carbs...or peanut butter on a few saltines...so nothing major ...but something to sort of keep your sugars in balance while you are asleep...sometimes I do that and sometimes I dont...havent figured out why I am 122ish in the morning... BUT tomorrow I would know why it is in the wrong numbers...cause I ate some chocolate cake........with my homemade icing...so there...I said it...hahaha..
Even good is some pistachios...I love those for a night snack...protein is good also to keep you going..I am going to send you the numbers for blood glucose..in your email.. well I tried but of course I just realized that I dont know your email...you can pm me if you would like..
Also google THE CALORIE KING and it can give besides carbs, calories, fat and sodium for most foods and also restaurants...this is an excellent source of info..
