I had a longish post written, and when I hit submit, I got a weird "fatal error" message. Scary!

Marita - Your post you thought you lost actually showed up! The Dis can be weird that way sometimes.

Wendy - My sis had the same type of weight loss surgery that I had. Same surgeon too. When he came out after surgery to tell me and my sister's BFF how she did, he said he was glad to see how well I'm doing. He told me that he didn't say anything when he saw me right before her surgery because he likes to focus on his patients at that time.

Mony - When are you going to WDW? Sorry if you posted that and I read right over it.

Wendy - You are graduating already? You must have been working very hard. I do not know where WT is. I even tried to lure him out with talk of Guam possibly capsizing. ;o) The only other thing I know to do is dig out an old pregnancy pic. lol

I remember meeting you guys for the first time....I went right up to Wendy and said .....who are you and she said Utah Mama and I said I am Marie......she knew who I was.....pumba with one A......what a great meeting to see you all...well some of you.

we ate a giant sub early, nothing like Earl of Sandwich but oh well I am full......had some doritos too....

tomorrow the kids here go back to school.....PHEWWWWWWWW....and only will be Ava and me.....now listen to this......she is only going to be here five days this week and then four days the next week.....cause the last day I have to get ready and pack and do my stuff.......takes alot out of me....so need space....and then take poor Megara to the fat farm....

Moo: I have August 11-August 29th off of school, so sometime during those dates we are looking to do Universal Studios. I keep making hints of WDW though......

See what happens when you miss a year at WDW, you mess up all the promos. Snap! I really thought I could sneak over to wdw for a day if I could take advantage of the birthday thing.

Mony - You should just talk your hubby into a half WDW and half Universal trip! You know you want to!!! If I go, it will probably be in October when my cousin is back in Florida.

Marita - Sorry about the carpy weather! We had rain yesterday and today, but not thunderstorms. I'm doing some late night cooking. Beef stew. I started it after 9:00 and am just waiting for the potatoes to finish cooking, then I'll thicken it up. It's sure going to taste good tomorrow

I didn't go over to my sister's today, but I talked with her on the phone. Her voice was sounding a lot better and she said she was doing pretty well. Those airway tubes are kind of hard on your throat/voice. I'll stop by to see her after work tomorrow.

Yes I check "remember me" every flippin time. It's SO annoying. It has only started happening in the last couple months. Pretty much since I've been back to posting. If I walk away and leave the DIS up for like 10 minutes without doing anything it logs me out. GRRRRRRRRRR. It's the only website not holding my username and passwords.

Marita - Did you survive the storms? It's finally south of us now. Glad for the rain, but why are all the storms coming through at night? I hate storms in the dark. I do have some level of peace since we have a weather radio and it will alert us if there is severe weather. It went off at like 12am(it woke up Ellie) and again at 4:30. The 4:30 alert was just before the storms got here and once they did Ellie woke up again and since then I've only slept like 20 minutes. Chad had to drive to work in it. Yikes.

My laptop is on the fritz. It starts up normally, but as soon as you try and pull up any programs it freezes. I don't know what to do. :/

a weather radio....Some day when we stay in Florida for six or more months, I guess we will need one......tell me what it does please..

Having my coffee and the sun is out....Tomorrow and Wednesday big rains are coming....will give me a chance to give Ava a cloth and me a cloth and we will wash the walls......when she is fussy, I give her a wet washcloth or a baby wipe and she has fun with it.....always worked when my kids were young.....YOUNG....they are grown ups and I love them so much.......they were such good kids...

am I getting emotional today.....must be the moon that is coming to be full soon.......yup has to be...

Pumba - You set it for certain counties and types of weather. Like I have mine set for the county north of us(because lots of our bad weather comes from north moving south), the county I live in and the one immediately to our east, because we are actually only about 7 blocks from there. lol. So when a watch or warning is issued I immediately get the alert. It lets of a horrid alarm that would wake the dead and then you push the button for the alert. So like a tornado warning(which means one had been seen forming or had touched down) went off like an hour and a half ago for hendry county, but it was past us already. That way if you are sleeping and there is going to be a tornado, you will know and can get somewhere safe. We got it after those tornados in Orlando a few years ago when so many people were hurt because it came at night and no one knew it.

It can also be set for flood, snow(LOL), brush fire, and a million other things.

Mommy P-- that is a cool thing to have but around here it would do much good. Don't need much preparation for snow. And no Toronados in our area up north or west get them.

Pumba-- it must be a full moon coming because I have been emotional all weekend too. That is why I didn't come on this weekend.

Moo-- we did have a nice weekend, was suppose to rain yesterday but didnt' and it is already warm out there this morning.

Nicholas tryouts went well, we got an email last night saying he made it. I was secretly hoping he wouldn't because it is more driving around for me. This is extra baseball. He is still on his regular house league that will have one to two games a week with a practice. This one is plays Sunday and will have one to two practices a week and they play most of the game out of town and do tournments. I like his regular baseball, Hannah gets bored but I think this is too much but Hubby thought it was a good idea. Keeps away from the girls and drama.

I have to take Pissy to her pediatrician to look at her mystery injury. She cant put any weight on her left knee. See, I never know if she's faking or not. I may have told her that they'll probably have to give her knee a shot (to see if she would suddenly be able to walk on it ) but she continues to insist it hurts. Its a Nancy Drew Mystery as to what happened to said knee. She has no idea. Grrrr.

So much for my relaxing day of homework and sock-sorting!

CUUUTE! I can't find the disboutiqers thread, do you know where it is? Ellie is so adorable! I love that you use the sling and cloth dipes! Makes me miss having babies (ok, just for a second). My poor Brother sewing machine is jacked up. I think the repairs are more in cost than replacing the machine. Grrrr. I'd love a serger.

Morning, thanks for your kind words and support over there, I appreciate it.

I have my son's IEP meeting this morning at 9am. My complaints last week have not gone unnoticed and there will be many people at this meeting.

Plus three times after talking to different people I was asked what my background was, if I was employed by the schools.
