Heading down to the Orlando area for a rather quick 4 day getaway next weekend (Aug 14-17), staying at a resort near Coca Beach, but we are planning on taking 1 day to spend at Disney. We have park hopper passes with days left on them and figure to split the day between MK and Epcot. Trying to decide whether to go Sunday or Monday, Saturday is basically travel day, and I read a park schedule that had the parks closing at 9pm on Sunday but til 10pm on Monday, so were favoring Monday.
Have read here previously that Mondays tend not to be one of the better days to visit MK, but we understand the schools in the Orlando area will be in session prior to the Monday were looking at, Agu 16. Was just looking for input as to wether or not the schools being back in session have an impact on the Disney crowds.
