Modify placeholder online?

I used a placeholder to book a cruise, but may need to change cruise dates. (The new date is within the 24 mths.) I know that I will need to modify so I don't lose the placeholder. Can this be done online, or do I need to call? Thanks!

You can do it online as long as you only have one placeholder (ie, you didn’t get two and book two rooms.) I did it yesterday for a cruise where I just purchased one placeholder.

If you purchased two and booked two rooms you need to call.

Yes. Booked an entirely different cruise. Changed from June 26 to May 27.
