I have no idea, are mods paid to babysit or do they volunteer their time?

Yea that sums it up for me. I have a handful of posts under my belt here and I gotta tell you that I've never met a cooler bunch of people on the Internet than right here.

And let me restate the important part of that: on the INTERNET. It is the INTERNET. These aren't guests having coffee in your kitchen. It is a public message board. I don't come here looking for some deep meaningful relationships, just some afternoon fun. If somebody is kinda rude to me here, I just giggle, comment, then move on to my real life. But all in all, this is a GOLDMINE of information about anything you need to know, Disney or otherwise. The mods are angels and I speak from far more experience than the OP.

I participate on a variety of message boards relating to a variety of hobbies and interests. I havent been here long, but from what I can see, the posters on this board are a lot more respectful than elsewhere.

Ahem. Cantw8 has high standards. Only special pictures make it to the photobucket. I continue to both fear and admire that special collection.

And thanks to our mods, I know roughly where the line is between that fear and admiration of strange and wonderful photos.

Internet message boards are full of strong opinions. I guess what I am trying to say is that it pays to have a thick skin when posting and reading on the internet.

FWIW, the ADRs thread sounds like it might be a hot button issue. I can totally understand where some people would be upset to find out that someone was booking multiple ADRs for a single meal.

Seriously...there was a thread (now locked I believe) about someone's car being broken into while at WDW. I 'think' that is what was being alluded to (was that the right word??). It was a 'break-in' thread.
