I’m back to share my notes from our recent experiences at MNSSHP. (My original party plan post is #1606.) This was our first party and we decided to get tickets for two
nights (10/5 & 10/6) in hopes that we would feel less pressure to get everything done in one night. We had an AMAZING time and would love to go back again. Thank you so much to this board especially,

@Cluelyss for your suggestions. It rained on and off both nights of the party and it was actually less crowded on 10/6th, Friday night. I think maybe the rain kept the crowds lower and the locals away??? We were mostly dry and perfectly happy in our lightweight waterproof windbreakers and mini umbrellas. We brought ponchos but never ended up using them. Anyway, so here are my notes... please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

7:00 Depart Poly for MK

7:45-9:00 Early Morning Magic (ride 7DMT 10x, Winnie the Pooh, & Peter Pan. 8:55am meet all 4 princesses, Under the Sea-Journey of the Little Mermaid, Mad Tea Party
9:45-10:15 Pinocchio Village Haus Breakfast
10:25-10:35 FP 7DMT 10:15-11:15
*10:45-2:45 Return to Poly for 1:15 adr lunch at Kona Cafe and rest. Put on Descendants outfits
3:05 Depart from Poly for MK
3:20 Arrive at MK and enter through passholder gate
3:30-3:40 FP Tinker Bell at Town Square 3:20-4:20
3:42 arrive at bypass, they let us in at 3:45 and we were the first ones let through. Party ticket holders were being held outside at the gates to be let in at 3:45. Took photos with various props/frames and picked up treat bags and maps.
3:55 line up for wristbands at Philharmagic. There was already a line formed when we arrived but it went quickly once they started distributing wristbands at 4:00.

—Tag Team shopping at Big Top— everything was located behind the counter. Dh said he had to keep asking for specific items. He picked up MNSSHP grey and green passholder shirts, MNSSHP pin, MNSSHP annual passholder Hades Pin, MNSSHP ornament, the boxed set of villains pins, and 10 boxes of MNSSHP mystery pins. They told him that the Hades annual passholder pin will likely be sold out before Halloween. Also, there were only 2 framed villains pin sets left and they won’t be getting anymore.

We saw Pooh & friends at Crystal Palace for dinner the night before so we decided to skip Pooh during the party.

—Tag Team dh went to Disney Chamber of Commerce to store our merchandise. They offer to deliver to your resort the next day but since the Oogie Boogie popcorn buckets can’t be replaced, they asked that we pick up our items before we leave the park that evening.

found spot for BTY parade across from Ye Olde Xmas Shop. The Headless Horseman didn’t appear for this show but we heard from others that he was at the later parade.

Friday, Oct 6 MK 7a-8a, 8a-7p & MNSSHP 7p-12a

7:45 Check in at CRT, we were the first guests to check-in. They were having technical difficulties so everything had to be done old school and we were given a slip of paper with our name and table number to hand to the server when we got to the dining room. We were seated at the first table that the princesses stop at which made the experience even more magical! I ordered the glass slipper dessert for our birthdays and they brought out two cupcakes for both of us too. Our server was the BEST and went out of her way to make us feel special.

FP Pirates of the Caribbean 3:50-4:50, dh took dd on pirates while I waited in line and made some new friends. They were this adorable couple from England dressed up as Rapunzel and Flynn. They had a terrific sense of humor so we traded Disney stories and laughed lots!
6:00-6:10 FP Haunted Mansion 4:50-5:50, at the time, I didn’t even realize we were late for our fastpass. Oops!
6:23-7:10 1st in line for Belle & Gaston
Belle got lost so she arrived a few minutes late but Gaston visited with us for extra long (likely stalling in anticipation of Belle’s arrival). Two more groups went and then Belle showed up and then we visited with both her and Gaston.
—Tag team shopping Bonjour Village Gifts and restroom break while we were waiting in line. This meet is conveniently located right in front of the restrooms next to Gaston’s Tavern.
Ran into a cast member we met this past spring who gave us the most magical moment during that trip. It was the last day of our trip and she let us ride 7DMT as many times as we could before we had to leave for our flight home! We were so lucky to run into her again this trip so we spent some time catching up with her while she was clearing the Ariel section of the park of non-MNSSHP guests.
Tried to stop by HM for Lantern shot, photographer wasn’t out yet but should’ve been... headed over to Adventureland for more charcter meets.

9:15-10:00 Dessert Party, walked down to Plaza garden for viewing at 10:00. Arrived at 9:15, checked in and selected our table. Can come and go as often as we please... it is our table until 10:30. We could’ve arrived much earlier and selected a table that may have had a little bit of a parade view. There is no parade viewing from the plaza garden.

11:40 parade starts, no headless horseman again... and he wasn’t at the first parade either...
Also, we checked Trader Sams for the hitchhiking ghosts tiki mugs several times during our trip and they didn’t have them in stock yet. We were told to try back closer to Halloween...

I finally went through all my photos so going to start writing my trip report soon and hopefully remember things that I can share with you all that will help with MNSSHP.
The Chamber of Commerce is located across from Town Square right next to City Hall. The cast member at the Chamber of Commerce offered to have our stuff delivered to our resort but it wouldn’t arrive til the following day. This would’ve been perfectly fine with us but when she noticed the Oogie Boogie popcorn buckets, she said that we’d need to pick everything up before park closing. She explained that since they wouldn’t be able to replace the OB popcorn buckets if they got lost, she wouldn’t recommend having our stuff delivered to our resort. Picking up our stuff from them at the end of the night was super quick and easy too. My husband walked in and came out with our goodies in less than 2 minutes. 
That is awesome! And just to be sure, this was after party start time? (I'm guessing it was since you had the OB Popcorn bucket) We are going to stay for the last Hocus Pocus show, so would they still be open at 12:30am-1am? We'd want to pick our stuff up too...I might have an Oogie Boogie if I get lucky
