My DW is intent on attending MNSSHP on our next visit and is unsure about if she could go in fancy dress such as Witch do Disney allow this

DW went as a witch a few years ago no problems.

I've seen witches. Disney is more family friendly and tend to be "Not So Scary"

They do promote it as the Not So Scary Halloween Party and give some clear guidelines as to what is allowed - though to be honest the rules aren't enforced that rigorously. For example they say not to wear a full face mask but we saw lots of them when we went.
