Well, some people have referred specifically to press releases, so I thought that they existed. If there are no press releases addressing this, then fine.
If we are now talking about comments made in interviews that is something else again.
I have heard things about some of these interactive possibilities that MM+ would have, but I guess I looked at them as things that would be coming in the future, not necessarily within a year and a half after the paper FP machines were first removed from the parks. I have also taken some of the elements like including short personalized ride videos into your Photopass pictures as early implementations of this capability. Maybe it was my imagination, or maybe I saw it fast because we were walking past it quickly, but I think one time when we were passing through the line at TSMM one of the Etch a Sketches showed "Good Morning (some girl's name)". I didn't think much of it.
I still go back to my original point that I think it is much too early to conclude that some of these things "never" materialized. When I look back at Disney's early discussions about MM+, I see a lot more references to Magic Bands,
MDE, integrating systems, and FP+ than I do about adding more interactive elements to the parks.
