MK - EMH & Opening Celebration Show

Does the new opening celebration show (or whatever it's called) take place on EMH mornings at MK, and if so is it at 8:00 AM for the start of EMH or is it at 9:00 AM when the park opens to the general public?

We happened to catch it in December on a regular morning opening. We were really surprised because we didn't even know they did this. We got there early to try and get to the Barber shop first thing! It was quite fun to watch......pure Disney fun! The mayor welcomed everyone and the characters pulled into the train station on the first train of the day. Lots of singers and dancers. There was a countdown to the opening and then a bunch of confetti was sprayed on the crowd as they began letting everyone in!

Not sure about early entry mornings.
