I feel so old!![]()
It is a pain getting older, but the alternative is really lousy!!!
I've been told that the inner ear gets stiffer with age, which is why "older" people have more problems with spinning. Makes sense I suppose.
I know that my son is going to want to ride the teacups when we go next month and I don't have anyone to pawn him off on to ride, so I suppose I wil get to bite the bullet and bring him. Should be fun...
T&B

For that reason I didn't premedicate, but I did follow directions, had read about them on the dis. Well, I came this close to barfing. Hubby has a little off, but nothing major. Biggest problem was we both felt ill the rest of the night. I've never had anything effect me like this ride. I'm willing to try it again with medicine, but if it's bad it will be the last time. Pity, I like the ride. If you think you might get sick, premedicate with dramamine or bonine and follow directions to the lette. If it's bad sit down after and get something to drink. If all else fails first aid can give you something for nausea. I know this because we did all of things and none of them helped-but they usually do for most people.
