Missed my call for waitlist

I missed the call from DVC about our waitless for Oct. 15, on the message it stated that we had 48 HRs. to call them back, well 48 HRs well be Sunday.

My question is this.. will we have chance at getting our wailist because of the time frame that they have given us to call back?

From the latest Member Update email:

Member Services extends operating hours
To better serve the growing Disney Vacation Club Member community, Member Services has expanded its operating hours on Thursdays, taking calls until 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and added operations on Saturdays, serving Members from 1-5 p.m EST.

With these additions, Members now may reach Member Services at from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays

Is this available right now? Or will it go into effect next month?

Yes, it starts tomorrow. I've been calling this week for a day by day reservation and when I was done today, the CM said, "don't forget to call tomorrow because we will open at 1:00PM". Of course I knew because of the disboards, but she confirmed it.

Thanks for posting that tidbit. I was wondering if we would need to call on Sat. too. Somehow I was hoping they would skip Sat. as a 11/7 month window day.
