I called this morning at 7:00am to make my ADR's for my trip the first week of June. After going through my list of reservations, the CM helping me said her computer had locked up on the last step. She ended up having to dump the reservations and then go back in and pick them back up again. She warned me that there was a chance I might not get everything back. As it turned out, just one reservation had to be changed by 15 minutes, so no problem. She also told me this same thing had happened to her a couple of times yesterday.
I'm not complaining. This is a huge complex system Disney has to maintain, and there are going to be hiccups. The CM handled it perfectly.
I'm just offering a heads-up to anyone making phone reservations apparently its not just the on-line system thats having issues right now. And, remember its not the CMs fault if the system gets a little glitchy on then.
