I agree, we've had 2 terrible dining experiences at H&V (one regular dinner, one Star Wars dinner) and vowed we would never eat there again. Then this came out, and I went and booked it

I broke the news to my DH, who surprised me and didn't revolt and try to make me change it. But I am also a complete sucker for both Holiday themed events and any themed event Disney puts out, so this was too hard for me to pass on when we had a trip planned during the holidays anyway. I fully admit I am going for the experience and not the food. If it's anything like the horribly executed Star Wars dinner (we went early the first year they had it, so maybe it got better) it will take a long time and I won't get to eat much of anything because I won't have time to go to the buffet due to how the characters come, and then skip our table every time

I don't care about getting stuffed anyway, I have the Merry and Bright Dessert party scheduled for the same evening and that's way more than we would typically eat in one evening anyway. I'm just throwing money at Disney that evening for the experiences!!
