I'm going mid November so there's only the one show. So I'm thinking it'll be my 3rd FP.

A second Fantasmic was added to most days in November last year. The calendar is going to change between now and then, but it will likely be after your FP+ booking date.

I called about an hour ago and talked to CM Delores who was super nice and said they've been so busy booking F&W reservations that she hadn't checked for Minnie yet, so we checked and…

Nothing. She tried booking me for H&V dinner and of course, nothing. She made it sound like they were supposed to have begun booking already though. She started reading from a memo and I think she almost slipped up and almost gave me a booking date. Then of course I got the "Do you follow Disney Parks Blog?" spiel. Sigh.

So close, and yet so far.

I check the app, then computer, automated reservation, then CM.

Figured I have wasted more time doing less before.

What is "automated reservation? Trying to figure out all the systems I need to have locked and loaded to get this! Thanks!

Sad thing is, anyone with enough knowledge knows that the last place you want to look is the blog because they tend to be behind schedule and you run the risk of missing out....if that is your only way of following.

Calling the wdw dine line and going through the automated agent vs the live CM. You can do both but it always starts automated before you get a real person.

Yes, the blog is definitely behind. They posted about GG the other day and reservations opened around 10:30-11 PM CST the night before.

Total opinion here- but cm after cm is telling people to check the blog. I just think they are going to out it in the blog with something like bookings will begin Monday. At which point phones lines will be jammed and the system will probably crash. But this is the first time I have heard that line given over and over.

When Trattoria al Forno was being built last year, they announced the date when ADRs would open up about a week beforehand on the blog. http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/bl...sneys-boardwalk-reservations-open-october-21/ Of course, that was a new restaurant and this is just a new character meal but I guess it could happen. Better for us if it isn't on the blog first, though …
