Definitely say "special dining experience" instead of "make a reservation" guys. I just got through in like 2 minutes.

We called from the UK, we get through to the same people but the initial automated service didn't have a "Special Dining Event" option Hence 55 minutes on hold.

I'm in the US. But I said "dining" then "special dining event" You have to say dining first.

I went with the F! package because I am getting the dining plan for part of my stay (split stay) and I don't care if I make it to F! or not.

Just called to modify and I was able to change my booking from the F! package to the regular dinner on 11/16 at 5:35 pm for 5!!! So flipping excited!!

Looks like we'll be there at the same day and time!

I could cry. I was on and nothing for my dates nov 15 or 16.

I just called about 15 minutes ago and got one (not F! but it's okay) for 11/16 for 6 people.

Called for 11/7, and after 20 minutes on hold got nothing. I give up. I feel defeated. At least no one else in my party was looking forward to it.

I have an 11/10 for four people that I need to cancel since we cannot make it that night, I would rather it go to someone here if possible. If you're interested, PM me. It's for 4:30pm.

I got tge same message for nov 7. But I can't believe that is true. In really a little over an hour it is all gone and you couldn't book non- Fantasmic online. I'm thinking not all was released. I'll keep checking

Yea, me neither. We had three people constantly refreshing the page and not one saw a blip, yet we could book for any other night, so I don't think for a second they released them and they were all gone immediately... They'll likely be hosting an event for the first night and holding some reservations for bloggers etc.

When I got through on the phone a few minutes after 7 the cm said even though it runs through the third that nothing seemed avail for 1/1, 1/2, 1/3....

I'm a little confused. I was able to get 11/15 at 5:05pm for 5 people on the phone. I was told the Fantasmic package was already sold out. I request Minnie's Holiday Dine on the general dining number. I was only given a reservation number, so I connected it with my MDE account, and it now shows a 5:05 at Hollywood & Vine, but says nothing about Minnie. I noticed online that you can't book Hollywood & Vine as dinner at all the night of my trip, so I'm assuming that the non-Fantasmic package just shows like a regular dinner. I can't imagine that you would have non-character diners in the same restaurant with special event diners. I'm going to try to call and get clarity. I feel so close but also still far away from getting this resolved. Agh!

So you're saying that a 4:15 reservation will be an 8:30 fantasmic ? I'm guessing they'll add it to the schedules later? I had a lunch with 7 Fantasmic but switched to this . I don't care what time F! is, I'm just confused lol.

Any fantasmic meal only gets you reserved seating at the first fantasmic showing that night. At the moment the first showing is 8.30 but in previous years they've added an earlier 6.30 showing. HTH
