Still available in every time slot on Dec 26th and 27th - I thought that week would be the most popular but I guess not Darn it, could have just slept normally all night, got up when I usually do, and booked no problem! Instead I was up until MN, checked a couple of times overnight, and got up at 5:45 AM, plus paid $6.99 for a scout account (which is what alerted me it had gone live after I gave up at 6:25 or so). Oh well, I got the reservation and I'm sure I'll find a use for the remaining scout searches

I don't know if I want to waste my time on hold then trying to switch to non-fantasmic.

I think most people are wanting non-fantasmic for later dining times rather than being able to save $3

I booked the Fantasmic package and am considering dropping back to the regular meal purely because of cost. I have 2 DD's who will be 11 and 12. Is this a buffet? If not, I'm thinking they could order 1 adult meal or 2 child. Would they be able to still get the advanced seating for Fantasmic with the F! package?

I know phone CMs are not to be trusted, but mine confirmed to me that the Fantasmic showing would be at 8.30 regardless. I booked a 4.30 just in case but it would be nice to have some time to relax before running over to the arena.

So you're saying that a 4:15 reservation will be an 8:30 fantasmic ? I'm guessing they'll add it to the schedules later? I had a lunch with 7 Fantasmic but switched to this . I don't care what time F! is, I'm just confused lol.

Finally got off the phone after 55 minutes on hold. No availability for the 7th of November, fantasmic or otherwise

Definitely call and say "special dining event" rather then "make a reservation" I got through within 7 minutes.

I dropped to non-fantasmic at 5:40 on our date. Had to slightly change the time which is fine. Fantasmic scares the crap out of my kids anyways

Yes, it does !!! Just booked over the phone for thanksgiving without Fantasmic---- it IS the character meal---- also never realized that the ADR would show up on MDE when you call--- normally, I get the conf # and link it --- I am assuming that because I gave my hotel conf # they linked it for me ?

Yes, don't anyone sweat it, because I booked thanksgiving WITH fantastic and it says Minnie's. If you booked without for thanksgiving, it's not like half the restaurant will have access to characters.

I'm not completely sure we'll use the Fantasmic tickets, but for that measly price difference and the fact that I would have to call to book non Fantasmic I'm keeping my Fantasmic reservation on the chance that when we get there my DS will want to see Fantasmic. I had planned on just the Osbourne lights, then back to the resort for a relaxing evening.

I was thinking the same. We didn't want fantasmic, but for that difference, on the dining plan, it will cost me about $2 more in tip, so not worth calling for me.

Luckily I kept my ADR for thanksgiving with the F! Package !! For $3 more--- worth it !!!

I got tge same message for nov 7. But I can't believe that is true. In really a little over an hour it is all gone and you couldn't book non- Fantasmic online. I'm thinking not all was released. I'll keep checking

Just a tip - I use Skype to call the US number and it costs me 7p connection fee then 2p per minute.

After a 14 minute wait on hold, the CM was able to book the dinner on Nov 7 without fantasmic at 6:15 for me(party of 2). If you're looking for Nov 7th I highly recommend calling instead of trying to book online. Good luck!
