I really want to buy Minnie ears in the park (I’ve never had any) but a couple said not to because they give you a bad headache especially if you have glasses (which I do)

They wouldn't stay on my head.. but you could prolly use bobby pins. I don't remember them hurting my head due to glasses tho.

I love my Minnie ears, but I cannot wear them with my glasses. Not because of headaches, but because it kind of hurts behind the ears with glasses and they don't fit quite right.

Without glasses, I would say it is hit or miss with whether or not it gives me a headache. My older ears definitely do. The newer ones are a bit softer, but still not always comfortable all day. I have to have a bag that will fit ears for when I want to take them off.

They do make elastic ear headbands, but I haven't tried them to see if they are better, more comfortable, or just as nice looking.

I honestly haven’t had a problem with them. I will wear them all day and forget they are on my head. Some kinds of headbands can be a little tight behind the ears and give me a headache so I know what you mean. I do have a ‘smaller’ head (judging by my old army hat size), so that could also play a part.

I have several Minnie headbands that I bought at the parks because I couldn’t resist how cute they were. Yes they give me a headache and yes they hurt behind my ears. I wear ears the first park day for about an hour or until I can’t wear it anymore. I still like looking at them in the hotel room even if I can’t wear them all the time.

I’ve forgotten I had them on too. In fact, on the way home from Disney, walked into a Walgreens and shopped. When I got into the car, they bumped into the roof and then I noticed and had a good laugh.

I don’t wear Minnie Ears often. Neither of mine hurt my head and I wear glasses.

I have issues with the ones from the parks, both with headaches and staying on. I recently bought a couple of pairs from BBBrooke and I love them. They are hand made, customized on the inside, and so comfy. I don't know if she has any in stock right now, but they are worth the extra money, IMO.

They hurt my head too. But I wear them anyway. I just take them off every now and then.

Mine don't really give me a headache, but they do sometimes hurt behind the ear - especially when they're newer (doesn't stop me from wearing them or buying excessive pairs of them of course...). I do typically wear them with sunglasses and that doesn't seem to make them hurt any more - if anything they sometimes hurt less because I can use the stems of the glasses to keep them off my head. It helps if you can stretch them out somewhere - that won't help work right when you buy them, but you can find somewhere in the room to stretch them out somewhere for the next days.

They give me a headache and I don’t wear glasses. My sister wears glasses and wears her Minnie ears all day long in the parks, no problem. So it just depends, I guess.

They always give me a headache! But the parks now offer adjustable headbands which are amazing!! They are the first ones that down give me a headache. When I was there in March they had a limited selection, but the bands are not stiff and they Velcro around your head. So there isn’t that pressure behind your ears. For the first time I am able to wear them all day without issue. It’s worth giving them a try for sure.

I have SO many Minnie ears... and wear none of them because they hurt my head. Really bums me out but it's just not worth the pain, IMO.

Are there other styles besides the blue Make a Wish ones? I have those adjustable ones and love them. I haven't seen any other styles recently but absolutely could've missed them!!

I saw the rose gold ones as adjustable along side the regular ones

I have the same problem. I have bought 2 or 3 different sets of Minnie ears and they really hurt my head (I wear glasses). But even without the glasses they stick in the sides of my head and bother me. I always thought it was because my head must be an odd shape, as everyone else wore them without a problem. But my adult daughter said the same thing. I have often thought of trying to rig them to something more comfortable, but haven't come up with a solution.

I've never had any issues, but I have a smaller head (I can wear the kid size ones you get at places like Claire's) and I don't wear glasses. So take that for what it's worth I guess.
