Min and Bill's Dockside Diner Question

Does anybody know the days that Min and Bill's Dockside Diner are open in December? It's located in DHS. 2 years ago, they were open when we were there. But, they were closed last December on the days we were there. I tried asking the CMs in the park and nobody knew. Go figure. Does anybody know the days that they're open in December? Thank you !

Gee, this is really surprising to me! Whenever I've gone to DHS, Min and Bill's has been open. A couple years ago, they changed their offerings and I've gotten a QS meal there. And their milkshakes are good, and really thick.
