HI guys! I would be happy to play, but must forewarn you... I will not be putting up a tremendous amount of mileage. I'm working on building a base for the next 8 weeks, then will be uping my mileage to train for the Minnie 15K!!! My first 15K!

So...Lisa's team may be out as I am not going goofy! Love the name though!

I vote Ohana!

I wouldn't mind calling ourself the Backsides, as in all the other teams are going to see of is our backsides, with a nod to the ever-popular, elusive sight of the Back Side of Water.....But I'm afraid of what some other teams, ahem, might make of that statement.

I know Debra was dissing us, but i kind of liked Team Fear.

DISsing you? Who me? Just getting a little warm-up in before Feb. Won't be much time for flapping my yap when I'm out on the road earning the miles. Maybe yinz can call yourself Living in Fear, because that's what you'll be doing after the competition really starts!

Speaking of yinz guys, I find it telling that some Pandas and PatsFans already have excuses for your teams ready made. Good for you--Team Six won't be needing them. Jeanne is just trying to make you feel good--she's our ringer.

Jen: OK, NOW I remember you! You and Mel were the ones walking with Vic just after MGM, right? My mind was a litle fuzzy then as can well be expected.

Just to make it official, Dennis and I both vote for Team Ohana!

I'm finishing up my post-race recovery, and by Feb. 1st will be up to my regular training for miles and hours

I'd like to join too! I need all the extra motiviation I can get! I've signed up for the Minnie 15K, and DH & I are doing the 1/2 this year, looking to improve our time from "just finish" to under 3 hours). Also, looking to improving our over health and making exercise routine!

I dont know if team 5 has a name yet. If we don't id like to throw in "Captain Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters". Its from the movie "That Thing You Do". Its the band that The Wonders played when they shot the beach movie. I know its not disney related but it makes me laugh.
