Here are some pictures of our trip to the party last week.

I have two suggestions for those of you that are going. The first is that you are given one free picture for each person that has a ticket. We had 11 people with us. It was my sisters family, my family, and my mom and dad. We didn't know how many free pictures we were going to get until we got up there and once we found it is was a confusing mess to figure out what we were going to do. It did work out and we got some good pictures but if I were to do it again I would have liked to have a plan. With our family of 5 we could have gotten a family picture one of all three kids and one of each of the kids. They have a form that you fill out when you get in the door and you must fill out one for each pose.

The other thing that I would say is that you need to make sure you travel on the path where the mad hatter is. It is listed in the guide and start around the tea cups. The kids were disapointed because they thought they weren't getting much candy and after we took a walk on the path their bags were very full.

I know a lot of people have posted questions about wearing costumes or not wearing costumes and I would have to say based on our visit that either would be fine for adults. You won't feel out of place either way. I did see some kids without costumes but not very many. Adults were probably 50/50. If you have any questions please ask.

i'm thinking it's going to be crowded on the 14th at the party. at least more crowded than i had hoped. ps at cp have been booked solid that night for several weeks while other nights still have several times available. also, i know friday nights are supposed to be busy, but i think i've read thursday nights are, too. i don't know. i was just hoping it would be walk-ons for the rides, but i have a feeling it won't be.

just my thoughts.

I booked CP about 6 weeks ago because LTT was booked on the 14th. I really hope it is not packed. But is always is in MK every time we ever go. DS did get the Incredibles costume he wanted though. We are going with my mom so it will be really fun. 1st time with family finally. 2 more days till we leave!!!!

Just a question on the family photo spots to those of you that have attended: Would you recommend doing the photo first, or are photo spots crowded early? Did anyone have their photo taken at the Adventureland spot early in the party - maybe less crowded? Mike - thanks for the info on planning for photos, now we know we can plan ahead for a couple poses.

We hadn't really planned on when and where to take the photo and about half way throught the evening we came upon a picture spot and went in and got the picture taken. They were very quick. Even though there was a little bit of a line it moved quickly as they had several people taking pictures at about 4 different spots. The only reason I might suggest taking it earlier in the night is because as the night went on the kids started to take off pieces of their costume and also started to get a little grumpy and hard to get along with as they became tired.

Just went to the party last night. It was SOLD OUT! We had our tickets waiting for us at will call. We asked the ticket lady about how many people is "sold out". She told us 22,000 tickets. She said an average day is around 40,000.

i have a favor to ask of my fellow disers. i am one of the many people who have been looking for mnsshp tickets for 10/31. we have six families going on vacation together and 4 of the families were able to get tickets but the other 2 took too long and they were sold out. if anyone by some miracle knows of any that become available please let me know. any amount of tickets would be great. i know it's a tall order but i figure where else is better to go with our dilemma but here. (i've tried ebay everyday-prices are outrageous). thanks for listening , i mean reading!

I have talked my sister in law and her family into go to the party. Now how do I go about getting the tickets ahead of time. We will be leaving for Disney on Tuesday and plan to go to MNSSHP on Thursday so there is not time to get them in the mail.

I would call and order them today! Yoiu can arrange to pick them up at Guest Services when you arrive. Better safe than sorry. The phone number is (407) W DISNEY!

I keep posting in the wrong place - sigh....

We have tickets for the 10/29 MNSSH party. OUr first time! We are excited but trying to plan.

I know we can enter MK around 4pm with the tickets. MK closes at 6pm for an hour. Do you just hang out in Tomorrowland waiting for the hour ? Is it best to get a PS? OUr concern with that is that our three kids, 10,6,4 are not big eaters. Is it priced per person or could two share a meal?

Any advice from the experts would be appreciated.
