Still a problem here trying to modify 11 month with BWV points. MS handled it by phone for today.

I just did an unscientific test and from what I can see it’s has something to do with the transferred points being bookable at the 11 month window as @JackosinDIS mentioned.

However not only am I able to use my transferred in points during the 11 month window by myself, I’m also able to book at resorts which I received points for when I bought OTUP, in my case Poly and VGC. That is hardly intended.

Currently I can book at the 11 month window for transferred in points and OTUP but unfortunately not at the resort I own at with the exception of AKV Jambo.

Kidani. I don’t have any transferred points in. I did buy OTU points this year, but those were used already, although I do still see Hilton Head (where I don't own, but i think the OTU points came in that way) showing up under this membership.

Having the same issue right now. Strange I was able to book kidani for december but cant book my home resort for 2026.
MS was able to book my home resort for me through chat.

I can't book later than 7 months at any of my contracts in the member # that has OTU points, the member #'s that don't have any OTU or transferred points can book 11 months no problem. Just checked this after reading the posts - thanks for all the info.

I’m still having the same issue - can’t modify a stay within my 11-month booking window at RIV.

Just In.

I just tried to make a new 11 month reservations at it works fine again. I can still try to make an 11 month reservation at my OTUP resorts. But since I don't have any points available it's moot - if I had points I guess I could have booked. Still puzzles me that this option is even here.

I also tried to modify a reservation and that works again as well.

Can anyone else confirm?

5:30 AM. Finally able to book VGF for beginning 8/16. Glad they fixed it. It's a good thing that August isn't a high demand period. It would have been very frustrating to lose out on a reservation because of this glitch.

Dont know if this has any relation to the issues we saw previously, but i'm unable to bank my points.

Unable in the sense that the system says my banking window is closed for my April 2025 UY.

The same goes for my other UY's.

Anyone else seeing the same problem?


ETA: If I make an 11 month reservation i'm able to bank points, using the contract selection screen.

I’d check but I don’t have any points left to bank!
