I made the reservation for this so long ago. Now I'm trying to get an understanding of how much money we need to bring for our upcoming trip. Does anyone know if I already paid for this, or if they just needed a card # to hold the reservation?? Thanks!

You should have already paid for it. I would call Disney Dining though and make sure for your own peace of mind.
