Mickey, Minions & more. 2 week holiday. Updated 9/14 - FINAL THOUGHTS

After eating and resting I was back out around 6:15 on my way to a party. I cut through here.


Then it was onto here.


Soon enough I saw this and was very happy to be there.


What a beauty.


Now there was a Dismeet happening tonight that I was to attend. At first it was to be at 6pm I think but some said they wanted to see them light the castle so it pushed to 7. I was walking through Tomorrowland Terrace when I saw Lorrie and Jim and I caught up to them. We both said we think where it was. When we got closer we saw Tracy and Bill sitting and we went over to them. From where they were I could see the others gathering and we all started to walk over.

Here is the picture of us all. I know others have posted it already but I have to also. LOl.

We all chatted and it was so great meeting everyone in person. I also spoke to Tammy and it was a very nice meet.

After a while we all broke up and wished each other a happy trip and we were gone. Me, Lorrie and Jim went towards Dumbo. Before there though I saw the trees the colors of Christmas.


On our way we passed the Teacups. I have never ridden them but this might change later in the trip.


Then we arrived at our destination.


A dark Dumbo.


As were waiting in line to see the Ducks I heard a familiar voice and I looked around and I saw Kathy leading her gang onto Dumbo.

We went to see Donald, Daisy and Scrooge. It was nice seeing them all together but we had a long wait.


As we chatted in line I took pics. I might have actually taken this when I went to get water.


That is really Lorrie there. Lol.


They did go on a break and then they were coming back.


I think this is so cute.

Then Lorrie and Jim had their own photo session. It was nice to get pics with them but we did wait a bit to get them.

As I was partying it up Vinny & Renee were eating at Cape May Buffet. I have no review.

I recall seeing photos of that epic Dismeet at MVMCP before but it was good to see your photos. You have some great pics from the evening. That castle all lit up with it's Christmas lights is spectacular.

Ahhh - the infamous DIS meet! So fun! I got to have lunch with Kathy and Mark this week and it was great to see them.

Scott - I always just love your night time photos. They are great! The party looks like a blast. It's been awhile since I've been to a Christmas party so its definitely back on my bucket list. Love the green and red trees.

I'm sure I still have some catching up to do after being away last week.

After our photo shoot Jim wanted to get the passholder pin so I went with them inside and I ended up getting one too.

Then I believe we split up after this. I was hungry and walked towards my destination.


I made it safely. LOL.


I had a chicken sandwich and fries and chocolate cake. I threw half the sandwich out and fries and took a bite of the cake and was done. I cannot eat much anymore. Then I was on my way again.


Walking along I saw this couple walking.


And then these 2 came by. I decided to go and see them later on. (spoiler alert* I did not)


A light on the way. I love the lights there.


Then I saw a couple of characters I had to get a photo with. I got in line (which was not too long) and waited.

The carousel was right there so I took a photo.


Then it was my turn. I went up and said hello to Mary, Bert and the Penguins.




Then I was done there and was so happy I saw them. I do not spend too much time with characters as I figure kids should have the most time so I am usually in and out.

Then I saw this. So pretty.


I think I will stop here as my next update will be a lot of pics.

After seeing Mary and her friends I noticed across the way (by the entrance to NFL) were 7 little friends who wanted to see me. Okay maybe not, but I did want to see them. I walked over and the time posted said 45 minutes. I got in line at 9:20pm and let’s see if they lied.

While waiting in line something occurred that I was happy with.


MERRY-WISHES (or whatever it is called, lol)…Now I present some photos from my time watching it. The angles are not great as I was in line to the Dwarves and so some shots have trees but the line moves and some shots came out okay.

I was constantly turning to take photos. LOl.

It was great watching them from that point of view. Some trees in the way but I really enjoyed it as did the family in front of me. They were really nice as we chatted a bit. The father really was into it and really enjoyed the show.
At 9:50pm I had this taken.




30 minutes and I saw the fireworks show and met the 7 dwarves. I thought it was a good half an hour.

I think I will stop now as that was a heavy photo post.

I watched Wishes at MVMCP with my girls by Gaston's last year with some popcorn. Not only was it not crowded, it was a whole different experience Thanks for the firework pictures Scott!!
