I am still shocked that Spiderman opened way back in 1999. That could easily open today and still look ground breaking.

Fear Fall is surprisingly pretty boring despite its looks (at least to me anyway). No where near the awesomeness that is Tower of Terror.

really? Maybe it is because it is outside and no building around it freaks me out.

We found an ornament in 2010 ... weird that Universal wouldn't have them to buy especially in December As you say Scott, it is their loss!

Fear fall gave me chest pain, my husband said he's never seen me so scared. At least he was laughing at me so he forgot to be scared (he's the family chicken LOL). But I think there's no sense of security, you're just shot up in the air....there won't be a second ride for this gal

Well we did not leave and decided to go over to Universal side. I had 2 goals here 1) get my friend a t-shirt and 2) try to see the Minion dance party. Let’s see if I succeed.

Let us enter the park.


The crowds seemed low.


We decided it was time to see a certain ogre.


We had a little wait here. The queue.




I read the morning paper while we waited.


I love the Disney references you see.






When you get inside you watch a video.


Then you go and sit down and you are off. It is basically a show with seats move forward and back and some other 4d effects. I like it. I cannot remember what Renee thought. What did you think Renee?

After the ride we came out and started walking over to where the dance party is and we came across.


I love Transformers and cannot wait for the new movie.
Well look here we did get here in time.

Vinny tried to get a pic of me with the car but the sun was too strong.






I am happy I got to see the party but they should have them out afterwards to take pics with.

After this we went and looked inside the Lucy store and I got my friend a t-shirt. I was happy for that so I managed to do both goals.
Then I also went into the Minion store and looked for a shirt but did not see one I liked so we walked. Then we went into a bigger store and I got one there. After this we decided to leave. It was around 1:30 and I had a party to attend that evening. We left and went to Walmart for a few supplies being the next day the car was to be returned.

Around 3pm we arrived back at the hotel and were hungry. We went to Landscapes of Flavor and had a late lunch.

Scott: Mine is not on Allears menu anymore. It is a shame being it was good.

Vinny:

• Caprese Sandwich - vine-ripened tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil leaves and balsamic drizzle on Ciabatta served with house-made chips $9.19

I do enjoy this place. I find the food very good.
Not sure what Renee had.

Then we all went to our rooms to rest. I went swimming for a little while.

You know what? Hunter has both of the Despicable Me movies on DVD and I haven't seen either one of them. I guess I should remedy that, especially if we go to Universal. Otherwise, I won't have a clue what I'm looking at.

I know that you love the Minions so I'm happy that you got to see the party. And, to top it off, you also got your friend's shirt.

Sorry, I have been away for so long. We had the nasty stomach virus sweep through our house. Ugh! I've finally been able to catch up. My DH and I want to go back to Universal so bad, but I don't think there is much to do there for our 3 year old. I especially want to see the Harry Potter area.

Actually US is beating Disney (or was) but now it be back to Disney again. probalby will be again when the Drawves ride opens but the US will take it over again when Diagon Alley opens.

It wasn't a parade but a dance party. It comes out right where they were and returns there so if you're not in the area you will not see it. Even the marvel parade wasn't really a parade as it goes maybe 200 feet. LOL.
