This is SO WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To include the kids is absolutely crap! I could slap this guy!

Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray will reportedly use old video footage of the pop legend as defence against the manslaughter charges against him.

Lawyers for Dr. Murray want to use footages of a spaced-out Jackson to demonstrate the depth of his drug habit, News of the World reported.

The personal physician is set to stand trial on an involuntary manslaughter charge for administering propofal to Jackson shortly before his death in June last year.

Key videos will include footage of a frail Jackson during his This Is It rehearsals and a 2007 court deposition where he discusses his pain medication.

“Murray’s legal team have quietly but steadily been building a robust defence case. A key element will be on-camera interviews Michael Jackson gave where he discusses and admits his drug use and others where he appears to be intoxicated,” said a legal source close to Dr. Murray.

“In effect, Michael Jackson himself will be the defence’s star witness as they set out to prove he was a seasoned and habitual user and knew how to self-administer,” the source added.

The lawyers also want the pop icon’s children Paris and Prince to describe how their father constantly complemented Dr. Murray and claimed that he was “making him better”.

Sure show the video's... but leave those kids alone. Havent they been through enough? (but the videos should prove that the doc knew MJ's issues and went ahead with the dosing anyway. I hope it backfires on him!)

OMG!! Leave the kids out of it. The videos, well I think that could backfire on them. That would prove to me that Dr. Murray should not have been giving him more drugs if he felt he had a drug problem. Are they forgetting the oath he took when he became a doctor?? :confused3

That's so awful. :(
What are those videos going to prove? He was on the medication that Murray administered...
How is that going to prove his innocence?
Involving his children is sick, that monster needs to leave them alone.

I wonder what time tomorrow we might see Murray getting cuffed?

so whats the dish with muray being cuffed? some sites say its today and others say its tomorrow? this is getting really annoying

Dr. Conrad Murray to Judge -- I'm 'Not Guilty'

Posted Feb 8th 2010 7:05AM by TMZ Staff
Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, will plead not guilty Monday morning when he is arraigned on involuntary manslaughter charges ... sources tell TMZ.

We're told the plan is for Dr. Murray to arrive at the courthouse 20 - 30 minutes before the arraignment -- which sources tell us will be at 1:30 PM PT. He will surrender voluntarily.

Law enforcement sources tell us 20 L.A. County Sheriff's deputies will be at the courthouse, some of whom will be evident and some who will not. We're told the Sheriff's Department has had its security plan in place for a while, in part because of crowd control concerns and partly because of security issues surrounding Dr. Murray.

We're told there is a concern about Dr. Murray's safety because of intense feeling on the part of some Michael Jackson fans that Dr. Murray killed the singer.

As we first reported, Dr. Murray will be accompanied by a bail bondsman who will post bail -- expected to be $25,000.

Our sources say Dr. Murray will not waive his right to a preliminary hearing.

Following arraignment and booking, we're told Dr. Murray will leave L.A. and go either to Las Vegas or Houston.
