I hope it wasnt premeditated.
But honestly how stupid would a doc have to be to have done this... I mean, really? Medically I know nada, but even I would have known not to keep shooting different stuff into Michaels body.

I don't think it ws premeditated, but it was awfully stupid. Sadly, Michael probably offered him a nice sum of money for his services and this "doctor" got greedy. Patients can ask for all the meds they want, but it is the doctor's responsibility to decide what is appropriate. A terrible tragedy, that's for sure.

I am wondering what exactly happened. I am finding reports that contradict one another.
I am hearing that Murray already paid his bail (which was way to low in my opinion) and that another court date has been set for April. Why do they need another court date? What was this one for?

I have only been able to get bits and pieces so far since I have been at work all day. I just got home and turned on Nancy Grace to catch the end of her show to see what was being said. She is upset the charges are so weak because she says the case itself is strong. I think they wanted to make sure they got a conviction so they went with a lesser charge to ensure that. Her panel, which includes the family's lawyer Brian Oxman, said Michael's body was practically swimming in Propofol. That is blatant neglect and in my opinion, malice intent. This man WILL pay when he meets his maker.

Med Board Goes After Murray with a Vengeance

Dr. Conrad Murray is a "danger to the public" -- according to the medical board that licensed him to practice medicine in California.

According to documents filed with the court, the Medical Board of California believes Murray showed, "utter disregard for the care and well-being of the persons entrusted to his care" -- namely, Michael Jackson.

The Board wants the judge to step in because it takes the Medical Board a long time to yank a doctor's license.

In the end, the judge ordered Dr. Murray not to administer anesthetics, including Propofol.

The judge will hear the Medical Board's request to suspend Dr. Murray's license as a bail condition in a few weeks.

I am not 100% sure, but today was for the charges to be given and the plea to spewn. They would have kept him if he didnt make bail. The Lawyers will now start to build cases. This will be a jury trial, right? I think that was part of the reason for the lesser charge... 'cause the prosecutors wanted a jury. Correct me someone if I'm wrong. (Im not sure)

I'll watch Nancy Grace tonight too.

Exactly! you have to be real stupid to do something like that!
No one on their right mind is gonna keep giving any medicine knowing its gonna kill or harm that person. I'm not gonna lie at first i did feel bad for the guy when he was going in but then i realized what Valerie snap out of it!

When OJ got off at least one of the families then went after him on their own for unlawful death (I think) and got cash at least. I hope the Jacksons do that if this guy gets off or just gets probation.

I CAN NOT imagine giving someone enough of a drug that is only to be used in a hospital with trained people (which he was not) that his eye balls and stomach are full of it.... and then get just probation. Something is seriously worng here.

It seems like the coroner was as concerned about telling us he was wearing a wig, has thining hair, was balding and was producing sperm and had vitiligo as getting the drug levels. Why? Is it common to tell all that?
