Men...what did you pack?

We leave next week for the 5-15 7-day Eastern Magic. I've been asked (told!) by my DW to start packing this weekend. What clothing do I really need to pack? I keep reading about most folks over packing, so I'd like to avoid this. Thanks in advance.

The list:
4-5 pair shorts
shirts for everyday
two pair dress pants
shirts for every evening
dark suit
2 dress shirts and ties
2 pair swim trunks
gym shoes
dress shoes and sandals.
Of course there is also the undies and socks and toiletries.

Pack some shorts, some polo shirts, two bathing suits (so one can dry), sandals, couple pairs of socks, some underwear, hat, two pairs of pants to go to dinner in, shirt with tie for formal night (jacket if you do Palo's) and a razor. We way overpacked and ended not wearing everything we brought. You are mostly in your t-shirts, shorts and bathing suit. Polo shirts to go on shore excursions unless they are wet excursions an dinner.

2 white shirts
1 white T-shirt
1 Mickey tie
3 colored print T-shirts (Will buy 2 others on the cruise and CC)
6 Hawaiin print shirts
2 pair Khaki pants
2 pair casual pants (Only 4 pair of pants. Wear them to dinner and change afterward so they can be worn twice)
4 pair of shorts (mix and match)
7 pair underwear
1 pair loafers
1 pair sandals
1 pair tennis shoes
two pairs brown socks (otherwise I wear sandals to dinner)
3 pairs white socks (to be used with tennis shoes if needed)
1 belt
2 pair swim trunks
PJ bottoms
shaving accessories
Binoculars
