Memory card-deleted wrong picture...

I know I have seen this question on here at some point but is there anyway to retrieve a picture off a memory card that was accidentally deleted?

Yes it is still there if you have not used the card since deleting the file.

I really need to bookmark the software that everyone reccomends, so I can link it to these requests.

Someone will give their favorite tool, I'm sure. It also works best with a card reader and not trying to recover it while connecting through the camera.

the image recovery part of it is free

as JR6ooo4 stated you need to use a card reader, rather than connecting the camera to the pc

I got the picture back!! We had gone to see Elton John last night and I accidentally deleted the best picture---yes siree, I really need pointers on taking pics at concerts...that is very difficult (and maddening when they turn out terrible), any ways thanks again!
