Memorial Day Grand Gathering

The campsite would have one table. I also have a full size folding pinic table I haul with me and I will also bring an 8' rectangular and a 6' round portable table for food items or sitting. Assuming the site is next to me we can use that picnic table also.

Pete and I would prefer the campsite....We also have a 6' folding table we could bring over....There's not usually much on it when we camp anyway. He'll be back Saturday nite...he's always willing to do whatever he can to help out. :thumbsup2

I also have some extra tables we can bring over. I don't think it will be a problem with the 14' screen, rock band, chairs, tables...man, how am I going to fit all this crap in the rv and trailer?:lmao:

Since I'm coming over just for the "event", I can give someone my cell number to call me in case something else is needed. I don't mind stopping on the way over for last minute supplies!!

I will need someone to come and get me at the over-flow lot when I get there, however. Anybody got a flat-bed golf cart???:rotfl2:

Someone will love to come and get you...if not, I will!:lmao:

I don't know who you trust to give your cell number too, maybe you need to put us all in a hat and choose!:lmao:

And I am POSITIVE someone will have forgotten something...that is the way!:lmao:

I vote camp site!

Question- How are we going to know what camp site? Just cruise around until we find the site with all the golf carts and the green Dis signs??!!

Trust me, I don't think you will have a problem finding it...look for the 14 foot movie inflatable screen with mickey ears...and the drunks...:lmao:

We love our Dynasty. Gee, how much did it cost them to put a slider on it. We have been wondering....

There was a company some where in Central IL that put just the slide in. My dad did all the carpentry work. Basically they have the couch area be hide the drivers seat all the way back through the kitchen area stopping at the refrigerator on slide. I think they paid 10k for the modification. They where full timing in it and justified by cost of the slide Vs the cost of selling/ trading it in for one with.

If you’re interested. E-mail me and I will get you some info. MikeSW214@comcast.net

I vote campsite.
I was thinking about bringing a sound system but, I don't think BDR could keep his fingers off the volume. If we need something I can try to bring something small. If I bring the big stuff, the guy driving the water parade will be asking,," where's that music coming from " .:lmao:

LOL...Mike...the last thing I wanna do on vacation is be a DJ!!!! Unless you bring all your 80s hair band cds!!!! Then I cant be held responsible for kickin it old skool!!! (jeez, Ima dork)

Debbie...PM me your cell, and I'll reply with mine...I dont have a flatbed cart...but we can make something work...you just might get your own parade of carts flowing in to pick you up...I'll be the guy in the back only doing 12 mph!!!!

Campsite.... we can bring chairs and an extra table or two.

We need an agreement on this so that I can cancel my additional ressie for the vacant site if we agree on the pool area. (we may not even get a vacant site near the GG). The pool pavillion is fine with me also but lets all vote on a location now.

Pool Pavillion of Vacant Camp Site...majority wins.

Votes will be tallied tomorrow.

Oh, and I think BDR should be the cell phone number keeper of all of us... that way, in case of any changes or problems, he's responsible...lol....:cool1:

1. I wouldn't make you be a DJ ( I can't believe I didn't think of that ) but you probably wouldn't be able to stop yourself from seeing if it would go to 11:lmao: .
2. While I do fear change, I have moved into the IPOD world so CD's are gone ( I think you are the only one I know besides myself with near the same amount of songs ( 5000 +/- )
3 If we want to kick it old skool, with your line of work, you are probably the only other person I know that has a pile of those large black discs. since I'm a pack rat, I could probably locate my old AC/DC 8-track . I know I still have a player. ( and you think your a dork ):lmao: .

Well it looks like the campsites have it so I will try and connect the dots today with Disney and hope they can keep the site next or near my site or Gatordads. As soon as I know something I will let everyone know.

We've tried to get reservations using every trick in the book. We finally have a full hook up site  , BUT our date of arrival is Sunday the 25th! :headache: I'll keep trying for the 24th....this is a gatherning I wanna witness in person! ;)
