Memorial Day and crowds

When I planned our trip for this year, I neglected to notice that the first park day I had scheduled was Memorial Day. What effect does this holiday have on crowds at MK? I suppose we could always do one of the other parks that day, but my kids really want to do MK first. What would you do?

I have been there twice that weekend and though not awfully crowded, I do think I would skip MK and do it earlier/later on your trip. Just a thought. Enjoy the planning.
