Membership Card Questions

Like many others, I just received new membership cards (2 day FedEX) for my recent purchases (resale at BWV and add-on at SSR). In the past on this thread, it was noted that the member since date was the original contract date, that may have changed, and here is why I think that (or equally likely I'm just confused).

First purchase, OKW resale 8/2004, Dec UY, got Membership Card months ago (hereinafter MC) for Member # XXXX109 member since 1995.

Second purchase BWV resale 11/2004, Sep UY, got MC yesterday for Member # XXXXX243, member since 11/2004. Please note that this was a UK resale.

Third purchase Phase II SSR in 9/2004, Dec UY add-on direct from DVC, got a new MC yesterday for Member # XXXXX109, Member since 8/2004.

I understand the member since date and same membership # on the SSR add-on. Can anyone comment (clue me in) on the different member # and updated Member Since on my BWV resale. The contract #s ARE all linked with MS!

you first two purchases were resales - they came with their own membership number.

DVC can add to your membership number, but a resaler cannot.

you probably need caskill program to figure it out.

it can be confusing.

it you look on the policy contract the OKW and SSR will have different sub numbers - like one might be 8905-01, and the other 8905-02.

you need to kept up with both your membership number and contract number.
