Members Services still closed ?

I just called member services and the recording stated that the offices will be closed until 9-7-04 at 9:00am. I thought I saw a post from someone today stating that they made a ressie today ?I did make the call around 12:00pm, maybe they went to lunch and hit the wrong recording for the lunch hour. Anyone know if they may have reclosed down because of IVAN ?

I came to post the same thing you did. I was surprised that they are still closed, and the recording did say it was because of Frances.

I called MS at 12:15 this afternoon (Friday) and they were open and ready to serve.......

I just made two reservations as well. I believe they had an old recording by mistake. They are taking calls.

I called just after 9 to see if my waitlist was still there or if I had been moved from SSR to VWL. The recording said I would have about a 5 minute wait but it was about 2 minutes. They were open then but I cannot say if they are open now. . .

Old news now but --- the recording on the 800# had some type of malfunction on Friday and you got the message from when they closed for Frances. I got through to Member Accounting and asked if MS was open (thought maybe they had closed again for Ivan but hadn't changed the message). I was told they were open and then she transferred me. Unfortunately, I got into the same system and got the same message.

I tried the 407# and got through with no problem. I was told they knew about the problem and were working on fixing it. This was around noon on Friday.
