Meal vouchers and silver plan

I was reading a post about the "silver plan" add on, and I am not sure what this is??? Also on ebay they are selling meal vouchers that are due to expire in may. Does anyone know what these are about, how to get them, and what they are worth...Has anyone used them and are they worth it???Thank you Lynette

The DIS budget board has info on the connections vouchers. I'm curious, what are they selling for on ebay?

I'd like to know what's being sold on ebay, too.
We have gone the last 3 out of four trips on the Grand Plan. All we did was present the card at each meal. There didn't seem to be any voucher system, although I know that a number of points were allotted to each component of each meal (eg..appetizer, entree, beverage, dessert.)
I can't imagine that if all your points weren't used, you could still use the card months later because the card would be de-activated.

I just checked the prices of the vouchers on ebay, both current and completed auctions. Some people are making A LOT of money selling these!!

The Quick & Casual vouchers cost $11.25 from a program called Connections. you can see a little info about the program at dealpass.com They have a membership fee, but you can do a 1 month trial for $1. Look for the area where it says Not a member yet?

There is no shipping or tax charged on the vouchers, so people who are selling them for $16-20 each are making a ton of money! They don't even have to buy the membership!! And they typically only have a maxiumum value (vs cash) of about $15. You can check the menus at wdwig.com - deb wills site.


You are limited to 40 per year, so if you make $5 each, that's a $199 profit (assuming the $1 trial membership).
