Hi!
Curious if anyone can tell me how long the trip back to MCO takes on the ME? Also, how does the pick up times work? For example, we have a 10:30am flight, so what time would we/should we leave YC? Do we have enough time to do an 45min or hour breakfast at YC, and get on the ME at 8:15 or 8:30? Also, is ME on time when you request/set up a time for them to pick you up? Any info is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You will be assigned a time 3 hours prior to your flight and you will be requested to arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes prior so for a 10:30 flight you will want to be at the bus stop at 7:15. You won't have time for a leisurely breakfast that morning.

ME is usually right on time but the actual time to the airport depends on how many stops they are making. Usually around 45 minutes to an hour. We stay most of the time at BC and stop at BW and/or Carribean Beach for the return flight. As pp, you get picked up three hours ahead of your flight time. This allows for add'l stops to other resorts to pick up guests, which airline you are taking to make the stop at the right terminal, traffic and going through MCO security (which can can really long lines) plus taking the airport shuttle and getting to your gate. You will have plenty of time to have breakfast at the airport and not have to worry any of the above factors.

The three hour before your flight is actually 3 hours +/- 15 minutes. So for your 10:30am flight, your assigned bus time will be at some point between 7:15 and 7:45. You are supposed to be at the bus stop, ready to board (bathroom stops taken care of, luggage checked if doing so, last minute shopping done, etc) 15 minutes before your assigned time. So you'll need to be at the bus stop no earlier than 7 and no later than 7:30. The exact time will depend on your assigned bus.

If you miss your assigned bus, YOU are responsible for getting your own transportation (usually a cab). You can not just get on the next ME bus.

As far as how long it takes, the 45 minutes to an hour is about right. If you're the first pickup, it will take about an hour, if the last, about 40 minutes.
