Hi. I keep seeing reminders to make sure you have the most recent version of MDE. How do I know? Thought it updated automatically?

Hi. I keep seeing reminders to make sure you have the most recent version of MDE. How do I know? Thought it updated automatically?

I check my iPhone App Store account to be sure there's no update waiting to be installed (for MDE or any other app) - sometimes they don't install immediately. The app itself shows the version you have installed if you click the 3 lines in the lower right then scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Help. Mine says it's Version 7.4, Build 20220302.1, and my App Store lists it as having updated today.

Updating automatically depends on your phone's settings, not the app itself.
You know by going in to your phone's app store and checking the app to see if the latest version is installed

Yesterday, I got a pop up message on MDE that stated I needed to get the latest update. It had two buttons..”Not Now“ and “Update”.

I hit update and I don't think anything happened..big surprise... I did see i have version 7.4 in my Google play store.
