If you took screen shots of your issues, sometimes GS will Pixie Dust you with an anytime pass for the ride you were trying to get. Unfortunately, if you didn’t think to document your issues, they likely won’t be able to do anything. If it was a known system wide issue, though, they may be able to offer you something. Doesn’t hurt to ask if you have time and find an umbrella without a line - sometimes the hotel can help as well.
