Booked my ADRs today and got EVERYTHING that I wanted!

Due to Gay Days and our check-in date, we will have to hit SWW running. We'll go to DHS on Sunday, our arrival day, then do MK, AK, MK, DHS, EP, and DHS. I'm thinking I'm going to HAVE to do hoppers. DHS is my least favorite park, BUT I'm planning three days there. Two for SWW and one for the "other" parts of the park.

We are doing the Mama Melrose F! package on arrival night. I was on the fence about this one, but... I want to make sure I don't have to be in line for F! two hours ahead. I'll take the priority seating.

I booked BBB at the Castle at noon the next day and we're going to eat dinner at CRT that night.

After we tour AK the following day, we're going to head over to AKL for Sanaa. I asked the CM to book us at Boma and he said, well, have you been there before?? When I said yes, he said that we should go to Sanaa instead. It's better and you can't beat the views of the Savannah. Especially since this is molding into DH's birthday trip. He also said to make sure to request a table near the window at check in.

Our second MK day, I didn't plan any TS meals. I figured we'd have to hit MK hard that day to get everything done, so QS it will be. We're going to lose time doing BBB on our other MK day, so time is of the essence.

Our second DHS day, I'm going to pay OOP for 50sPT lunch. I want to go this time.

The next day, our only EP day, we'll eat at Le Cellier for DH's official birthday dinner. It is listed as the worst day to be there because of AM EMH, but I'll take my chances there. I'm only worried about getting FP at Soarin'. We're covered at TT due to DH working at GM. The only other ride that anyone will get FP for will be Mission Space, and only two of us will be doing that one. (NOT me... )

Our final day at DHS, we're going to take a break from SWW for H&V for lunch. When I looked at all our ADRs, I didn't have a meal just for DS. I asked him if he'd want to eat with Jake and he screamed, "YES!" and that was that.

I'm not planning anything for our departure day.

Funny thing is, DH hasn't said a darn thing about going from Sunday to Sunday after he said a few months ago that he didn't want to be gone that long. With the crazy schedule (Gay Days is kicking off May 28 when the last two years has been June 1), I feel like we're going to be rushed to get stuff done, so that's why I'm figuring we'll need to add hoppers. I also have to still fit in the YES program for DS.

Um... and I just booked our flights too.

I suddenly feel VERY poor.



DH does the Coke Rewards and they were offering a $50 Southwest credit. I looked up the flights available for our dates and found that despite what Southwest advertises, they don't have ANY direct flights from Indy to MCO. I immediately hopped over to Air Tran and found that our normal flight (direct leaving at 6:30a) is no longer direct. But if we leave an hour and a half later, there was another direct flight.

Our return flight from MCO is also direct, leaving at 7:30p. DH is all about the direct flights and I can't blame him. I also booked our seats for both flights.

Now that all the reservations are made, I can't wait to dive into planning our days in the parks.

I only have to wait 16 more days to open up my UG 2013!

I didn't necessarily need the new UG, BUT it does have the information about FLE that I'd like to read up on. Plus I'd love to pour over our resort.

I'll have to admit, all the waiting and anticipation was giving me Disney depression! I feel totally revitalized with all of our plans in the last 24 hours!

Photopass Plus or REGULAR Photopass?

I know it's a difference of $30 on the pre-order BUT I'd hate to waste anything more than I have to.

Between doing BBB and CRT, I can't guarantee that the kids will want to ride all the rides that offer photos.

DS said he's willing to have another go at some of the rides (like BTMR and Splash), but I doubt he'll do ToT or RnRC or EE (he's 6 and 49" barefoot).

But then we have CRT. I don't necessarily want to pay to have the photo with Cinderella added to our PP card if do the regular PP.

Decisions, decisions...

Kwitch - for the $30, I would get the Plus. Afterall, you've come this far where the $$$ are concerned, and the Plus gives you the peace of mind of knowing that if you get on those big rides, it's all inclusive.

The ride photos are now what? About $10 per pop? You just need to get on 3 of those to make it worthwhile. Your DS may want to do Splash or BTMR at least twice??

And consider this....you and DH may go on some of those rides individually.

I think covering BBB and adding the family photos at CRT will be worth it.

I know that I need to do PP either way. I just can't cover enough ground to be where I need to be to get the shots that I want.

I just wish I could predict if the kids will like the big kid rides!

Absolutely! You just need 3 good shots to cover the extra cost. And you should get that from those two itself.
