Holy guacamole!
I fall on my bum and boom! We've doubled our forum!! Maybe I should fall on my bum more often .... nah.

(Ok, I just used the emoticon LMAO.) Hehe After nearly 2 weeks, I think I'm almost back to pain-free squats. (It's wreacked havoc on my workouts.)
Anyway, a big (albeit late) welcome to all the newcomers!!

Kelly, Saraoonie, Patti Razo, DVCTigger, Jetflyer (loved that vid)!!
Sararoonie - I was born in Taiwan and haven't been back since I was 9. Can't wait to hear how things have changed!!
Sweetpee - Love your nickname because that's what DH calls me too! Also, that story about your son "Stranger Danger" just nearly made me spew my herbal tea.

Love it!
Luz - Don't worry about your daughters' English. At that age, they'll be loved no matter what. They sound like extroverts anyway, so they will be JUST FINE. I was really worried about my DS going to the kids' club by himself when we last cruised. He just turned 3 at the time. Even though I pretty much stayed at the club with him the whole time, he had NO problem whatsoever. Keep in mind that most schools in the States are teaching Spanish in elementary now, so maybe some of their new friends can practice their Spanish while your daughters practice their English.
Teri - I love, love, love your FE! Etsy rocks!
Many of you had shared concerns about putting your child(dren)'s name(s) on the FE's. While I totally understand the fear of predators (I check our state registry about once a week), that's 1 of the reasons we chose to cruise with
DCL. Their security, esp. at the clubs and on/offboarding are amazing. Besides, we really don't let our DS out of our sights, so maybe I'm a bit more laxed about it. One major consolation is since we'll be on a cruise, it's not like anyone can take your kid off the ship. Those bracelet scanners will catch them post haste!!
As I finally caught up on 10 pages of new posts, I've come to realize that I'm soooo behind on my DCL planning this time around. Not sure if it's because I think I can wing it or I'm too busy lately or I've just gotten plain lazy, but I think we're the only cruisers with absolutely NO plans/reservations. In fact, we're likely going to change staterooms at check-in. And, this is so NOT like me!!

I'll do better. The good news is the most we would prob do is make reservations at Palo and maybe a spa service. With DS still napping in the afternoon (halleluiah!), it does make it more difficult to sightsee, so we'll probably just make ressies at Palo and maybe a spa treatment, which is just fine by me. I could use a week of doing absolutely nothing.
Speaking of planning - I can't remember the limo service we used last time getting from MCO to the Port. Can anyone recommend a good car service (preferably reliable & CHEAP)?
Lastly, for those of you who are still on the fence re: FE's - as NIKE says ... Just do it! You WON'T regret it, I promise. It's 1 of the best things we did - both the giving and the receiving.

My DS would literally race to our cabin just to see what surprises may be awaiting us. As for the "extra work," it really doesn't have to be anything grand ... although there definitely were some super grand gifts from our last cruise. It could just be a small keepsake or candy from your hometown, state, etc. We kept everything in a box, and my DS and I would still comb through it and reminesce. Love it.
Anyway, hope all is well with everyone and keep the excitement going!!
Take care!
