I've just finished our FE... funny but no easy...

We booked a reservation at Palo on the Key West day at 8.00 pm.

pre-cruise plan: As you know we have a 10-hour flight so we have to do more than the cruise... we are going to Naples (2 days) first time, WDW (9 nights) and then the cruise!!! I'm so excited!!!

Look forward to meeting you all!!! This thread is the best this is going to be a funny cruise I think!!!

Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite movies! I love Belle. Another great family photo.

Yes Christina!! We are Disney fan!!! Actually, we'll be visiting the park 7 days the other two are just to relax and do nothing... (or shopping )

I just emailed the lady who is making my FE all the details. Good thing I asked my DH what kind of "Mickey" he wanted. He said.. wait your not putting the kids names on that??? Um ya thats the plan. Ya he's not having it! I knew I couldnt put names on their clothes and I get that, but didnt think he would have an issue with this. Good thing I didnt just order it.. He wouldn't have let me put it up!

Sorry but my DH asks me to ask you the reason of your DH concern about putting the kids names on the FE or the TShirts... sorry but as I was going to do it... I'd like to know if we are right...

I'm not sure lzmom_of_twins DH's concern, but here's my thought:

I know people always say to not put your kids name on shirts and stuff because strangers then know their names. As in "hey Ryan, your mom told me to pick you up" sort of thing. I thought about it with the FE, but decided to do the names anyway. Ryan will be 5 two days before we sail and will NEVER not be with one of us. I kind of figured the ship should be relatively safe (and it's contained) and since we'll always have eyes on him, it should be ok. I *think* I would have made the same decision if he were older because I hope he would know not to go with a stranger no matter what. I suppose if we're still cruising when he's older, I'll rethink things...

Luz you just dont want to make it easy for the predators. If your kid is out of your site for any reason, and they go up to them and call them by their name, their guard immediately goes down... well they know my name so they are safe. I think putting the name on the FE are probably fine, he is just being a little over protective IMO My kids wont be standing in front of the FE by themselves while a predator walks up them. Oh well.. better to be on the safe side right

Thanks Jenf22 and Izmon_of_twins, I totally agree with you! DH and me have much care in this sense. My kids are warn against this issue since they are very very very young... (I don't know how to explain in English) for example I don't go to the supermarket with them...
I think I'm going to put their names on the FE, but not on the Tshirts that they are going to use in Magic Kingdom...

So funny you posted this...last night I was telling DH it's about 2 1/2 months away, and he said, "That soon???" He thought he had a bit more time to prepare.
