May 4th, 2025 - 13 Night Eastbound Transatlantic Cruise from Port Canaveral to Barcelona (Castaway Cay, Azores, Lisbon, Cádiz)

Yes my husband told me not to fall for children falling etc. they want you to focus on something and not them. Don’t let people give you anything either. Keep moving. He has been watching You tube .

I’m only packing 2 dress for Palo brunch and for the first time we are doing Remy for dinner. Wear the same ones for formal and semi formal nights. I’m not a foodie so I find it hard with fancy food…lol

I am a jean, t shirt girl at home. On the ship I wear capris, jean shorts and sleeveless tops . My daughter she will be dress up for dinner every night.

For every plane incident you hear about, there are hundreds of places that take off and land without incident. And of those incidents you do hear about, many have occurred with few injuries.

I highly recommend PacSafe-they make bag designed to protect against pickpockets. I'm bringing mine (converts from a purse to a small backpack) and got both my parents ones as well for this trip.
Yes that is what we got! Pac safe.

I agree about flying , try not to think of that stuff.

LMAO at your daughter! (Literally) Too cute! I packed way too many dresses. Normally, I change my attire every night for dinner, but I’m not gonna do it for this cruise.

Yes. Don't let kids come up and touch/grab you, don't let people give you anything, don't let locals come up and try to take pictures with you (they'll then want money from you afterwards), don't walk around holding your cell phone/looking at your cell phone instead of where you're going.

Generally, if you pay attention to what's going on around you, you'll be in pretty good shape.

I know it's hard not to think about flying with everything in the news lately, but the statistics are still very much on our side. I have six flights in three weeks (three of them this week alone). I have always paid attention to the safety briefing, now I pay just a little extra attention to it. I figure that's about all I can do.

I am entitled to bring 2 suitcases and will make good use of that. I am bringing too many clothes and not planning on doing laundry on holiday. Plus doing some shopping at the outlets before cruising.
