We have not had a problem with crowds at this time in May.We usually have had <15 mins waits for stuff. Spring Breaks are done with and the schools haven't gotten out yet. This year I waited to go in June so DD could finish the year with perfect attendance thinking that kind of thing was still recognized at the awards assembly at the end of the year which it wasn't. seems they really only care during counts week so you get your funding from the State anyway I really wished we'd blown off school to go in May it was just that much better than early June besides she was just in K. so this year since we are repeating K and the attendance thing does not seem to be an issue we are going back to May this year however Mothers Day falls during this time and I've not been for Mothers Day so I am unsure how that will affect the crowd

My sister & I are going May 9 thru 12. Can't wait. It's a good sister bonding thing! It's also during Flower & Garden Fest. and we both love working in the gardens at our homes. I've only been to F & G once (she's never been) and it was great, so hoping it will be just as good, but probably better!

MAy 13-20th for my family went the same week last year and thought it was perfect! Weather was beautiful ( upper 80,s but low humidity at least compared to our Aug trip) and crowds were low to moderate. Does anyone know if there are any special Mother's day events?? Wasn't there some kind of brunch last year???

We're definatly going the first week of May, and *crosses fingers* HOPEFULLY my dm, ds3, and I will be going in January!

DH and I will be staying with my parents at OKW from 5/13-5/20. I can't wait!!!

I'm going Memorial Day week next year. It has become a tradition every year for me. I will be there in three weeks. I cannot wait!!! Gone are the days when the parks are not that crowded. Everyone is finding out about the magic of Disney. Make sure you have a rain poncho for this time of year. It's the rainy season.

it will be 5/20-5/29 for me and the best friend as well. My 30th birthday's on the 28th, and I think I will take it much more calmly if I'm watching the tigers at AK.
