Always the 4th of july weekend so this should be a piece of cake. Using this site and others have never had a problem even then but now that i am pretty knowledable i can not wait. Am looking foward to the flower. festival. DW not big on thrill rides , this will be great for her.

Oh pooh. I guess I need to go back to the calendar. May have to talk hubbie into something earlier if he can swing it with work.

Do you think all Spring breaks are finished by the end of April? (2006)

We are going 4/28-5/4...CSR and POFQ. I know 4/28 & 29 are Grad Nights, but isn't that only at MK??? Who has been there during Grad Nights, and how does this event effect the other parks and WDW in general? We're planning to avoid MK on those two days.

I'm going in May!!!! Sure we just got back, but I'm slowly converting my DH
to being a full-fledged Disney Nut, just like me!!!! We'll be there May 22-26
at the CBR....and the 25th is my birthday!!! Can't wait to celebrate it with Mickey!!!!! Just the 2 of us going, now that the girls are grown, we can finally do some adult things!!!!! Never been there in May, we usually do Oct or Nov, but it looks like it will be really nice.......... :love2: Thanks DH for a wonderful birthday present!!!!! :bounce:

What a great birthday present! Where will you have your special birthday dinner at?

May 14-21 for us at CBR (15th anniversary and first Disney trip!) YA-HOO!!!

I really want to do something FUN, thinking Crystal Palace for an early lunch and Whispering Canyon for a late dinner! And from what I've read, I definately want to pick up a birthday button!!!! :earsgirl:

May 26 through June 5 ... CBR for us ... we are really looking forward to Star Wars Weekends. This will be our first "summer" trip.

We are hoping for 5/25-6/01 trip maybe CBR or ASMO. We are also looking forward to SW weekends. DH and DS would be thrilled to see all the SW characters. The question someone had about Grad Nights. We were there this past April(4/22-4/30). It didn't affect any crowds in the parks in my opinion. We saw group of teens there but they didn't over run the parks. On our arrival night MK closed early but we did not go to the parks. We had our first dinner at Chef Mickey's and saw the school buses lining up but that was it. One time I did see a post about the teens staying at ASMO and being in the pool. But I think most of them don't stay onsite. They attend the event and then go home.

Magalex :)

Heading to AKL May 16th thru 26th. How do you think the crowds will be during that time frame? Any experiences? TIA
