Good Morning EVERYONE!!!
Ok, I haven't even had one cup of coffee yet so a bit scared to write.
I watched Eight is Enough all the time. Joni was way too whiney and the red hed drove me nuts. My favorite was the older borther. Was not into Willie Ames, but liked the whole family show theme.
Mati - We're planning on spending the morning and afternoon at Epcot (it's our favorite park) so we could do a meet anytime up till about 6:00pm (so we have time to go back to change and get ready for dinner). If I remember correctly Off Kilter probably plays in the afternoon a couple of times so we could meet Kathy in Canada between shows.
Sorry I can't remember, who all will be in the parks pre-cruise?
Good Morning My Sweet Jane!!!! I LOVED Eight is Enough growing up. Me and my sisters watched it all the time. I guess that might make me old. Another favorite of mine was Silver Spoons

I was so in love with Ricky Schroeder. Right now we are watching Buffy the Vamipire Slayer -- a little at a time. Yoni bought me the set for Christmas and it is a great "filler" when there is nothing good on TV.
I love the idea of doing an afternoon get together at Epcot. I think Belinda gets there a bit later but it should work. That way if we get caught up with other things after dark, there are no worries.
I know Kim is also at WDW but going to the Magic Kingdom that day. Kym will also be there but she is not going to the parks. I know there are more but can't remember.....

(remember, it is early and no coffee yet!)
I have. I was sitting watching a show while on a
RCCL ship when my phone vibrated. DS was calling. Fortunately it wasn't an emergency, but he did need to talk and it couldn't wait.
Ah! Thanks for the tip Susie Q (ok, Sue but Susie Q is so great!). I have to remember to turn our phones OFF -- especially Yoni's. We don't need to get email on the ship on a daily basis. I did read there is an 800 number they can call. It was in the cruise doc info. I will use that and then we will check email a few times during the week.
Mati- Sounds like you are having a good day!! Your chipper attitude is helping me with my grumpy one.
....
I'm giving my hubby an extra anniversary gift before we go.. new Oakley sunglasses. That'll make him happy forever. (he's a MAJOR sunglass nut, they are always on his head. I'll have to watch him at dinner to make sure he doesn't walk in with them- even his Wii Mii has sunglassed on its forehead hehe)
Also, for those still looking for Formal gowns...go look now!!
I just happened to get drawn into JC Penney the other day and found a formal dress! I'm so excited. I had one I was going to wear but it was a bit snug and I was worried about busting a seam- heaven forbid I starve myself either on a cruise!
I got a nice dress for $25!! I'm all set with my cruise clothes
Now only kick my housemate out so I can have my packing room back....

Ok, Princess JorDan -- spill the beans....who on earth has invaded our Princess' Castle???? Whoever it is, do we need to rally up the troops, storm the castle and kick them out?
Ok, as for being chipper. It is easier to be happy on the weekends. I do my best to stay positive BUT definitely have bad days (just watch my FB status, you'll see!). You guys are all so wonderful,

I can't help but be happy. Besides, how can I be unhappy? I have a healthy happy wonderful family and am about to go on vacation with a TON of FANTASTIC friends. How great is that?!?!
Yoni is SERIOUS about his sunglasses too. He won't go anywhere without them but they don't end up on top of his head -- he stores them hanging off the collar of his shirt. He has something by Maui Jim right now.

I need to go get a new pair before the cruise. I won't spend near as much as him but would love some that express my inner DIVA

.
We may be a tiny pinch younger (though Adam is 36), but we tend to associate mostly with folks a little older than us. There just aren't many 31 year old female surgeons hanging out in small towns...
Jane: Your FE is really cool and creative! I always wanted to go to the Adventurers Club, but never made it... Now, I kind of regret it.
Today has been busy and it's realy nice to sit and read the boards for awhile! (2 ICU admissions, 1 hospital admission, 1 trip to the operating room for let's just say...a retrieval of a travel toothbrush carrier from a place it certainly didn't belong...

, and rounds on 7 other patients!)
So we have a little Einstein in our Precious Cinda do we?? That's ok, by my own admittance, I was quite a nerd in High School too and Yoni is....well, Yoni is Yoni. He is a smart cookie too! Adam is older than Yoni! Yoni turns 35 on our second sea day so it is all good. How about we pretend I am 31 like you???
Is it Jungle Jane? What is the Adventurers Club? Sounds pretty cool....what is it?
Ok and Dr. Cinda -- All I can say is EEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW.
I graduated in 1984 and Carrie in 1989
to long ago to remember a favorite show
today carrie looked at her watch, one o'clock, in three weeks we will be landing at orlando!

goodnight all
Ok, assuming this is Gordon and not Carrie -- am I right? Gordon, we are NOT too old to remember a favorite show -- we just have a lot more memories that get all jumbled together!

Tell Lacy, the book (Twilight) is 100X better than the movie.
I think I may bring the purple dress that I wore tonight. With a little color from my fake tan, it did look pretty nice.
Mati ~ I believe you can definitely be hotter at 40 than at 20, so go for it

! Texas Longhorn gear, that should be easy to spot

. We can work on your photo phobia and have a picture or two of us at Epcot on Friday as practice for the cruise

. Don't worry, I will definitely talk to you. I used to be painfully shy until I got out of high school and then I "bloomed"

! I'm so glad you are planning on sticking with the GC excursion. Either the GM slushie or beer at the pub (Strongbow is my favorite

) sounds like a winner! And they are both close to my beloved Off Kilter stage in Canada. I am open to any other ideas too.
We had fun at the auction tonight. One of the big sellers was a dinner for 6 prepared by a group of nuns. There was a bidding war going on and the nuns agreed to do two dinners. The winning bid was $10,000 for EACH dinner!!! The nuns were so cute. They all got up on stage and said a little something, it was very sweet. And if I must say, I did look pretty good in my short purple dress

.
Good Morning My Darlin' Kathy! I am so glad you guys had fun last night. I can't believe the dinners went for 10k!!! That is the price of a Med cruise! I am glad it was successful for Brian.
Sounds like you were HOT HOT HOT in your purple dress. Nothing like a fake tan to help out an outfit (although) I am sure you didn't need it.
We LOVE Strongbow. Yoni gets on a kick and will drink that instead of beer. In Finland it is as common to order hard cider (they have their own brands) as it is to drink beer (men and women). I like it too but only if it is really dry.
Ok, I am allowed to have coffee now so off to go have a cup (or two).
Have a good Sunday everyone!
